Warm, and large
I bought these gloves specifically for wearing over electrically heated glove liners when riding my bike in temperatures below 30F. I have very large hands and finding a pair of gloves that was big enough to go over the thick liners was a challenge. In size XXL, they worked great. I can see wearing these gloves alone to ski or shovel snow. They are warm and, so far, waterproof and breathable. Construction and quality of materials appears excellent and they are showing no wear at all. I particularly like the elastic cords at the ends of the gauntlets. These cords are easy to both tighten and loosen.

Above average but not professional
Really well made as far as sewing, water resistance, and material quality. They are pretty good down to 15° and then start to fail. I have pore circulation so maybe some of you can get more out of that than I can. Paradoxically they are both not warm enough at colder temps and lack dexterity. I'd be ok with the lack of warmth if it had dexterity and I'd be ok with the lack of dexterity if they were warmer. So I think they need to step up there game one one of the two to really be useful. But it you just need them for general cold weather and don't go out in near zero temp, they will be warm enough and just have the poor dexterity. The dexterity is also a paradox. The first two fingers can move really well. But try and make a fist and the pinky and ring finger just don't close correctly. Like to the point that it's a painful lack of ergonomics. Luckily there's a lot you can do with just an index finger (and even more with the index, middle and thumb combo). And the dexterity fist problem doesn't affect grabbing ski poles.

Warm, dry, and comfortable
Bought these for my 19yr old son for skiing and they worked great. Temps were at or near freezing each day and he never complained of being cold over the course of 6 days of skiing. Well worth the purchase.

tightener ripped after 3 days
edit: maybe I got a bad second pair, but the strap that attaches the cuff tightening thing broke after only 3 days of use. pretty sad about that since I loved the look, feel, and price of these gloves. i'll have to continue my search elsewhere. Love these gloves! Super waterproof, held up in the historic SoCal blizzard of Feb 2023. 15 degree with -30 wind chills and snow coming down. My fingers got a bit cold (I took the gloves off too much) but a $3 hand warmer had them good as new. Super stylish as well. I melted my first pair on the fireplace and immediately ordered a second. So nice to get quality gear at a normal price, instead of paying $130 for a pair of gloves. Extra star for the seller as they shipped much quicker than estimated.

Fits like a glove
Needed some gloves, used to always use Gordini, so decided to try these out. I normally wear large, so ordered them, they fit well. Haven’t worn them in the elements yet. They feel warm, are well made, and should work just fine. The price point was the most appealing, compared to some of the other brands. UPDATE Wore these during a 5-day trip to Vail. First few days the temps were hovering around zero degrees Fahrenheit. Through the wind and cold, these gloves kept my hands and fingers warm.

Okay, but poor dexterity and build quality
These were not as warm as I’d hoped, even with liners. That might have been fine, but the loop holding the wrist leash also ripped off on the 3rd day of use, which makes me question the overall construction quality. Also, I found the dexterity really poor, especially of the thumb, which was restricted from its full range of motion and yet there’s excess fabric beyond the thumb tip that makes it especially difficult to pinch things like zippers. On the positive: seem to be plenty waterproof, and the wrist leash strap is quite nice being internal. Overall, they’re fine for being an inexpensive glove, but they’re not good.

Tested in bad whether and was great!
Tested on my vacation to Austria last week! Felt good even on -7°c. Great gloves for my opinion.

Excellent but VERY warm
Great quality but too hot for skiing in moderate to warm temperatures. You need it to be freezing cold to avoid your hands overheating. I regularly have to take these off to let my hands cool down

Seem to cover all the bases...
Decent quality without compromising on warmth or waterproofing. Yet to be tried out in their chosen environment, that might have to wait until the next skiing holiday in the Alps

Love these gloves!
I’ve been searching for warm winter gloves for a few weeks. I bought a new two-stage, battery-operated snow blower this year, and my older, cheap gloves just weren’t working to keep my hands warm while using it. I need gloves, rather than mitts, in order to work the hand controls of the machine effectively and safely. And, I’m only doing online shopping at the moment due to COVID concerns. I really did my research, and I narrowed down the possibilities for gloves to three brands. I had to eliminate one brand when I discovered that the inner lining was wool…my skin gets a rash and itches when in contact with wool. Another pair cost over $200 CAN plus 15% tax here in Canada, and there were a very limited number of online stores that offered them. I contacted the manufacturer, but the gloves weren’t going to be available again until March 2022. Not much use for me and my snow blowing this year! Plus, I was really unsure about the sizing for that brand. That left the Gordini GTX Storm Trooper II gloves as my final choice. I’m really, really very happy with my purchase! I usually wear a Women’s Medium in most gloves and mittens, but sometimes a small. From the size chart for gloves on the Gordini website, I’d need between a Women’s Medium and Large, or a Men’s Small. I measure 7.25-inches in finger length, and 7.5 inches in circumference. Okay…for the great price on Amazon, I went for the Men’s Small. Fantastic choice!!! Although the finger length is a smidgen long for me [maybe 1/4-inch], the circumference fits snugly. More snuggly than what I expected for the sizing chart. I don’t think a women’s Medium would have fit me. I must say that I often opt for a Men’s Small in athletic and outdoor clothing due to my body type, and these gloves were no exception. The gloves seem to be well made, with goatskin leather trim. The gauntlets on the gloves fit easily over the cuff of my down coat to keep the cold air out. I removed the wrist strap attachment [easy to do], but I could see why it would come in handy for a lot of people. The zipper pockets for the hand warmer packs are a nice feature. There is a warning on a tag inside the gloves to be careful about removing the gloves, as you need to grasp each finger individually in order to prevent the inner lining from pulling out. The gloves lack optimum dexterity, as the fingers are packed with insulation. I won’t be using my cell phone with these gloves, but I’m okay with that. However, I can operate the controls on the snow blower without problems. The fingers look short in the photos, but they really aren't. The gloves are certainly warmer than I had expected. Today, the temperature here was 19F/-8F, with a wind chill making it feel like 14F/-10C. After taking a walk outside for almost 1 hour, my hands were toasty. I’ll have to see how the gloves do in colder weather, but so far, these gloves are keepers!!

As warm as a $15 pair of gloves.
I've been looking for a pair of warm gloves for what seems like ages now. After reading reviews for these gloves, I thought that my search would finally be over. When I first slipped them on after receiving them, they felt very warm and soft to the touch. However when wearing them outside for the first time to shovel the first snow of the season, it barely took 5 minutes before I could feel my fingertips start tingling from the cold in -10C/14F weather. It took even less time to feel my fingertips tingling in much colder weather and just decided to forego them in favor of warm snowmobile mittens. Maybe these are warm with heating pouches or with a set of wool gloves on, but for me, to wear as is, these are overpriced gloves that are barely any better than a pair of $15 gloves. From my own personal experience, I would not recommend these.

GREAT!
Finally invested in a great pair of gloves for skiing season! These kept my hands super warm and dry all day even in the worst conditions. Happy with this purchase and would recommend them to a friend. I got a Mens size small to fit my medium size women hands
