Not perfect but should work
I am giving this 3 stars because the idea is really good and the material used is sturdy, but the clip that attaches to the "V" is not shaped correctly...it is slightly too small and does not hang straight but at a slight angle. I am guessing the clip was manufactured with another product in mind and the makers felt they could transfer it to this product, but it's not a perfect fit. For lack of something better I will keep this, as I suspect it will work fairly well even though it is cockeyed, but I am disappointed.

Loved it super easy to install and my chain hooks right to it. Plus the sturdiness is a plus because my chain is heavy

The chain had come with a gutter clip but it did not specify that in the description of the chain so I ordered the gutter clip. I liked the sturdiness of this clip better than the one that came with the chain so I used it instead of returning it .. It is working great

Incorrectly fabricated
The bends in the hook portion are too tight, so it doesn’t fit with the other piece as designed. Essentially useless. Disappointing.

water was directed away from chain
The clip didn't allow for the rain to flow down the chain. I removed the clip. Looking forward to a nice steady rain to see how well it works.
