A skirt was required for my LO’s practice attire . We initially had a traditional one that tied around the waist but it kept falling off ! So we ordered this and I wish I would have ordered it sooner ; because the traditional one was/ is destined to be left behind and lost ! It was just the right length and had the right amount of flare - it looked like it was actually attached to the leotard !

Cute skirt, good quality

This is a cute dance skirt. I bought it for my 7 year old who is on the small size and normally wears a size 6. It's big on her but not too big and should hold up for years to come. We don't need to wash it often, but have with no issues. Despite being crammed into her dance bag, it doesn't come out a wrinkled mess. This is a good quality skirt and should hold up for a long time and work for my daughter as she grows. I am happy with this purchase and so is she.

Super cute

This is exactly what I was looking for. My daughter wears it with her Elsa inspired leotard at ballet, and is very happy. Is there anything cuter than a happy 3 year old in ballet clothes?

Not worth it.

I typically trust the quality of capezio items but this is does not live up to their name. My daughter wore the skirt 3 times to a 45 min dance class. The 3rd day when I picked her up she handed it to me like this. The elastic is completely separated from the skirt fabric. Now if my other daughter was wearing it I would have just thought she was rough on it. But it was my very gentle daughter that wears it. It was not stretched at all because I bought a size up by mistake so it was rather loose on her waist. It should have held up much longer !

It's good!

Fits like a glove...true to size. I've washed this twice in a delicate cycle and it did not shrink nor rip.

Perfect for my daughters pre-ballet class

This is one of the better ballet skirts I’ve found for my daughter. It fits her great and looks adorable. She’s in pre-ballet and a lot of these skirts are either really tacky or cheap looking. This one is great for her class. It hangs well, stays on, doesn’t flair up and get in the way, doesn’t ride up at all, and the length is good. I’m really happy with this skirt and she loves it so much.

Very comfortable, doesn't squeeze her but doesn't slide down either

I got this in a Child Small for my daughter. She is almost 42" tall and 33 lbs. Slim but not overly thin, with that small kiddie tummy. This fits her perfectly. Very comfortable, doesn't squeeze her but doesn't slide down either. It hits her in the right place at the very top of the thighs. You want the skirt to be short so the teacher can see the dancer's legs. Also, it is so pretty. Sheer, soft, and only slightly frilly. I want more color options!

I would recommend ordering one size up as they do run on ...

This was a very well made and cute skirt. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because I measured my daughter and ordered based on the measurements they gave, but it ended up being on the small side so she outgrew it within a few months. I would recommend ordering one size up as they do run on the small side. Other than that issue I really loved the skirts design as did my daughter.
