I have a straight up afro--which I love--but for the days I want to switch it up a bit and elongate my look, this is my go to product. My curls are real tight at the scalp and seem to loosen up toward the end of the shaft and this product works the same on both textures, tight or loose. When I use this product, the compliments don't stop. I use this product with Goldwell's thermal spray serum. Both products together give me a super straight and silky, glossy look that looks so different from my natural texture that when I use these products in combination, people don't believe it's my own hair!

Best hair smoother on the market
I have very curvy thick hair - I’ve tried everything in the market and was a hairdresser for years. This is by far the best product. You will absolutely love it and your hair will look beautiful, shiny and feel so smooth.

A little too heavy for fine, curly, hair.
I purchased this as my go-to styler has been discontinued. I have a lot of curly hair, but it is fine. I was very conservative with only using a pea sized drop for my shoulder length hair after a dime sized drop faired too heavy. The pea sized drop did help a bit, but also weighed down my hair, leaving me with the dreaded curly girl triangle hair. I have since tried a few other variations of applying this product, but still not getting the results I was after. I do live in a very humid climate, on the coast of TX, and thoughts product probably works great for some, for those with fine hair, you may want to keep looking for figure out a cocktail with this to help keep your volume, but not the frizz.

Smooth, soft and shiny hair!
I have been buying the Goldwell smoothing cream for years and then I couldn't find it anywhere anymore. In a recent search, I came across this product and thought I'd give it a try and I LOVE IT! I have very thick, long, wavy hair. It only takes about half a pumps worth to cover all of my hair and I don't put it on my roots. I dry my hair with a round brush to straighten it and this stuff makes my hair smooth, soft and shiny. I've seen negative reviews on this product and they're probably by people using too much of this product at once. A little goes a long way! I will continue to buy this in place of their older product.

Great product!
Love this product. It leaves my hair soft and smooth all day. It doesn't make my hair oily like most products tend to do. It also makes my hair smell really nice. I have medium length hair that is wavy. My hair isn't really thick but it isn't thin either. It is usually easy to manage without any product. I have also used this in my daughters hair. She has very, very thick curly hair, and it is hard to manage. When used in her hair it does leave it smooth and silky feeling when blow dried, and then flat ironed. Her hair doesn't stay that way all day like mine, hers usually lasts throughout the school day, which is all she wants anyway. To be honest I haven't found a product yet that will keep her hair tamed all day. It is quite possibly because of the humidity here in the Southeast. Hope this helps someone. :)

Excellent product
Recommended by a friend, I tried this ..and its brill. I have long very very thick hair and am useless with the straighteners. But by using this product I can control it! Ive tried many hair products but I shall certainly be ordering more and it's my go to hair product from now on.

Amazing for blonde coarse porous hair!!!
I don't know what is in this stuff, but it is amazing! No product has ever worked on my hair like this. I have naturally blonde (plus streaked blonde) coarse, porous, wavy hair. If I blow dry it it looks like straw. My hairdresser used this last time I was there, and as she was drying it I could instantly tell the difference. A lot less straw like! And straightening my hair after was a dream. I now get a much straighter softer look after straightening it. I could almost get away with just blow drying now. I find this is the only product I use now, along with a bit of leave in conditioner (John Freda)

This is the best product I have ever tried
I will not be buying any other straightening product after using this. It really works amazing on my naturally very curly frizzy hair. I love this product and recommend anyone trying it. It's worth every penny in my opinion

Great product for taming hair
I've always purchased this from my hairdresser as she used it on my hair at appointments and I liked how it improved the texture and smoothness of my hair. Much cheaper to buy direct from Amazon!
