So far, so good.
I sealed a new flagstone patio after power washing it. I noticed my dog's wet foot prints don't get absorbed in to the stone any more. Also, any bird droppings, grill grease or other things haven't been absorbed. However I've also been diligent about cleaning it regularly and not letting potential stains stay on the stone. So far its been about two months. I have plenty left over from the gallon I ordered if I need to re-seal at a later date, even though the instructions say that I shouldn't need to do so. I applied using a sprayer and it worked fine. Be careful to not over saturate or you'll get a white residue. That happened to me in one place and I quickly cleaned if off and it has returned to normal color after rain and sunshine exposure. This product does a nice job of keeping the stone's natural look and avoids the wet look of other sealers.

Do NOT buy the 5 gallons presentation.
I love this product, I have bought several 1 gallon pail, you can see one in the photo, but I decided to work on a bigger project and instead of buying gallon by gallon I ordered the 5 gallon bucket, BIG MISTAKE. I have always applied it with a 1 gallon sprayer, this time I did the same while applying the contents of the "5 gallon bucket", but was able to fill the sprayer only 3 times and only 1/5 of a gallon was left. That is: ***the 5 gallon bucket only had 3 1/5 gallons***. So I just wasted money and time buying the 5 gallon bucket, because now I have to order more and wait. The product works great and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars, but DO NOT BUY THE 5 GALLON BUCKET IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY. To clarify: The bucket came in a box, the box was in perfect condition, no spills, no problems.

Superb and affordable
Excellent product, does what it claims to do. Super easy to apply; I used a paint roller for application of two outdoor areas with flagstone. Went on super fast, socked in and dried quickly. As instructed, I tested an area 4 ours later and it was sealed. I could detect no odor whatsoever outside. I wished I applied this to my outdoor grill and dining area 5 years ago when it was first built. Over the years, grease and spills from dining guests did stain some of my flagstone and there's no way to get that out. After application last week, we had a party and a few guests did spill and everything came up without a stain! The product is affordable too. I've used another product from this company that was also superb but for whatever reason, a quart was $45! This was far more affordable and works. Once dry, you'll see no difference between the area protected versus those that are not; it absolutely maintains the original appearance. I have an outside shower area and only wanted to use the product around the shower (no need elsewhere). It is impossible to tell where the product was applied and not applied, unless you get the area wet! Then you really see how well protected the flagstone is; water beads up. You can cover a large area rather quickly with a paint roller and matching tray. Pour the liquid in, let the roller soak it up, roll. Couldn’t be easier to apply.

Excellent Product
I have used this sealer for a few years now. I apply it each year just before winter and it lasts through the seasons until I apply it again. It seems to have a cumulative effect as it protects better and better. I have no cracks except on the curb where careless drivers drive over it or park on it. I seal those with concrete fix and re-seal and all is well. Remember to clean the surface well before applying, make sure the cement is dry ( I wait two days ) and apply with a roller. I tried a sprayer and it seems to be applying patchy, the roller was a much better finish. Try to keep off the surface for as long as possible and do not wet it for as long as possible after the application if you can.

A quality product
A fine product. Works as promised. The company was very helpful when I contacted them with a question. Fresh concrete will absorb a great deal of the sealer, so plan accordingly. Absorption on my new driveway was near the top of the range cited in the instructions (that is, lots of product per square foot of concrete). I ended up having to apply two coats. It is about the consistency of water. I used both a garden sprayer and a paint roller to apply. The paint roller works better. Once absorbed and cured, the sealer is invisible--no change in the color or surface texture of the concrete.

Great Concrete Sealant
This product works great! Be sure to read and follow directions! Even though it’s a clear fluid like water, wear gloves and safety goggles to protect skin and eyes! I did a test patch as recommended: needed to add a little water in solution to prevent white spots forming after dry time. You only need to apply a very thin coat. I needed just one application as in 24 hours it created a great water barrier! I applied with a flat sponge brush over stained, stamped concrete.
