It is vital that you protect your knees.

Essential for living alone in your 80s

This product should be listed with senior citizen aids. In your 80s, you are subject to skin tears and bruising that take forever to heal. When you kneel, you can feel the plastic surface take your weight. I would suggest however that users should be warned that if the knee pad shift from their original position, the plastic top of a pad can dig into the knee. Putting the pads on, the top Velcro strap should be tightened first as tightly as comfortable while the lower strap tightened later can be looser. After walking, it is essential to check the pads positions before kneeling but, IMHO, the plastic is what makes it work so well.

Cushy, happy knees

So a while ago I had to scrub my floor, for real because there were messes I hadn't been getting to with the mop with a flat pad on it. After I was done, my knees hurt more than they ever have before. A good reminder that I'm not as young as I was. It's a little creepy that Amazon put these on sale while I was surfing for knee pads in huge amounts of pain, but the sale was good and I bought them. I've used them a few times for short jobs, and just used them to scrub my kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. These things are amazing. My knees feel fine when last time after the same task I wanted to cry. These are cheap and they definitely get the job done. You do want to wear them over pants, the straps are stiff and scratchy, but that's no big deal. I recommend these knee pads, especially for the price.

Using for cleaning

I use these when cleaning and working inside and outside my house. They work great except that they slip some but otherwise I've had them for years and still using them.

For the occasional DIY, these were great in the crawl space.

These were great. Saved my knees. And our crawl space is hard packed Carolina clay and rock. Sturdy and good quality. Good padding. I put these on over pants. I think the elastic straps on bare legs might be uncomfortable.

These are huge

So I bought these because I bought roller skates and I don't trust my abilities. These are huge. It not only covered my knee, but part of my shin and a little bit of my thigh. These do not bend. It made it hard to do any kind of leaning down, etc. They also caused my knees to be super sweaty and I don't think I've ever sweated by my knees. I mean my knees were not hurt, but these are uncomfortable.

Good quality so far!

I’ve only used these once for floor exercises that can be strenuous on the knees over time. They were super comfortable, and I had way less stiffness in my knees than usual. I only need to wear these for about 15 minutes, so I don’t know about the quality if you’re looking to use them for a long period of time. They did the job for me. For this price, I would buy them again if needed.

Saving my knee's

They work very well and stayed in place while instlling my ceramic tile floor. Had the same pads before that lasted me about 10 years until the straps wore out.

膝保護の目的は達成できるが歩くとずり落ちる

タイトルの通りです。膝をついて作業するときの保護は問題ありません。立ち上がって歩くとずり落ちます。他社の商品もバンドで止める構造なのでズボンに直接縫い付けでもしないかぎりどれを使っても大差ないと思います。パッドが結構固いので膝を曲げたとき曲がりません。その点はフィット感に違和感があります。

They're good pads

There's not a whole lot that can be said about knee pads in general. I used to skate a long time ago, so generally I know a good pair of pads need to be comfortable, and provide good coverage/protection. I though I'd give these a whirl as I've been having issues with a dodgy nerve in my right knee. I'm on the floor playing with my kid quite a bit, so it can be quite painful. They are super easy to get on and off, the straps can be adjusted to fit almost anyone. The padding is thick and soft enough to help with my dodgy nerve, and also stopped me from hurting an over grown bunion type thing on my knee. I used them while doing some gardening this last week as well. Hours of kneeling on stones, and dirty surfaces. The front surface of the pads is hard, so there's no discomfort and helps stop them getting overly dirty. They got a little sweaty, but it was roasting outside. I just threw them in the washing machine and they came out great! I used to spend £30 or £40 on knee pads back in the day, but I'm not really seeing much difference between them and these. If I still skated, I'd probably just buy these instead. Hope this helps
