Excellent Water Patterns With Low Water Consumption.

This is an interesting fixture by Delta. The fit and finish are excellent. It is well made and the individual components all look great. It looks more like a fancy lighting fixture than a shower head IMO. I haven't always been a fan of "rain shower heads" even though I've installed a few on them over the years. They don't tend to provide a good strong rinse and usually drip for a while after shutting off the water as the head clears out the remaining water. They also use a lot of water. This innovative Raincan Shower Head really addresses those issues for me. The 3 "wave pattern" heads really put out a forceful yet soft water pattern that rinses and feels great at the same time. It is something that I guess takes 3 heads to accomplish. In this case more is better than less. I don't know if this same feeling could have been created with a single head. The design is unique and not something most people are used to seeing in a shower environment. You will definitely want to install this in 9 foot ceiling for an ideal height. An 8' is a little low IMO, but not out of the question. A diverter valve and second "wand type head" would be in my ideal setup. This 3 part head puts out a lot of patterned water and can generate a hot steamy shower very easily. I would be sure to have good bath ventilation to clear out the humidity levels that are generated. It is much more than a typical rain shower head that this might be replacing or substituting for. If you have hard water you might find yourself with 3 times the maintenance of descaling buildup over time. I like to soak the jets in vinegar to remove the deposits. There are many ways to remove them. The fixture does generate a large spray pattern and the higher up it is the larger the pattern. A good curtain or glass door system is a must. If you have any water leaking past your door issues then you will want to get those resolved first. There is a bit of air movement created from the spray heads. This fixture does use less water and does create a sense of luxury feel and pampering. I think Delta has created a wonderful and new type of shower head worthy of future trends.

Definitely pricey but a showerhead like none I've experienced

I must admit I'm really conflicted with this showerhead. Delta makes amazing products. That goes without saying, and this showerhead is definitely something you would expect from them. It is easy to install but it is designed to really enhance your experience in the shower, and it feels great. My problem is the price. I got mine through the Vine program as you can see----but would I actually spend almost $400 for a showerhead? I would say no. Does the product work well? Without a doubt yes. I'm loving the experience, but the price might be a sticking point for many---myself included.

Good shower head with a unique spray pattern. Definitely different and cool, but I typically prefer more of a higher volume flow of water. All things considered, the quality is great, and the design is really appealing.

Attractive and unique pendant 3 head (Rain type) shower assembly

Delta quality ceiling mount three head shower assembly, the chrome is a bright mirror finish high grade plastic, the manifold unit is solid cast brass...the unit when fixed to your ceiling extends down 14.5 inches, (from Longest tube head unit )so you will need a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. Installation is no big deal if you can handle basic plumbing, unit has test plugs in the manifold so can check for leaks before putting on cover plate and down tubes, instructions to install are clear and straightforward after you have your water inlet installed...the water spray feature of this shower unit does produce a unique large droplet kinda of a twisting back and forth as the large droplets descend to hit your skin. I did find this to be much nicer feature than just the traditional rainfall head....I did note even though the major portion of this is chrome plastic ( most are these days ) Delta warrants the Parts and finish for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet assembly was first installed and for commercial users 5 years from date of purchase.

It's just...okay

We got this for our recent bathroom remodel in Santa Cruz, CA. We opted for a rain shower mount on the ceiling as well as an adjustable hand shower on a slide bar. I never thought that a rain shower would end up being our backup option: the hand shower is immensely more satisfying. The issues I have with the H2Okinetic rain shower are that it's honestly very weak. My wife describes it like having someone pee on you. On top of that, it's very loud. We are having our plumber come back to see if there is a water flow restricter installed per building code. Now that we've passed final inspection we may have that removed. If it turns out to be the case I will provide an update. Regardless, if a flow restricter is necessary to meet codes and you're a water-conscious individual, you might try a different shower head.
