Awesome boots

These are some of the finest, most comfortable boots ever made in my opinion. These are the only boots I've ever had that are comfortable to wear all day straight out of the box. The leather is very malleable and soft. I have a wide and relatively flat foot and these boots are awesome. Can't even feel the steel toe and they slip on and off easy but stay planted on your foot. Will definitely be buying another pair if they are still available when these wear out.

Best boots I've found.

I have been working in machine shops for 15 years, I have a fused left ankle with a few screws in it and have a really hard time finding boots that work for me and go over the ankle. Two weeks into wearing these and they are definitely the best I have had, and Ive tried a lot over the years. We will see how they wear, but comfort wise I want to wear them all the time. They dont rub any of the screw heads in my ankle, and allow enough flex to keep from over taxing the other joints in my foot. They have a sturdy heel cup that keeps you stable and from slipping out, but I am able to slip them on and off rather easily, which is a concern with slip ons since my ankle doesnt articulate ( a lot of others almost wont go on). I measure a 9.5 and bought a 9.5 which fits perfectly- Shoe/boot fit seems all over the map, some boots I need an 8.5, others a 10, but I went for my actual size and they are perfect. I have a slightly wide, but not high volume foot and the regular width is good - not always the case, but good here.

Squeaking....

The media could not be loaded. I've purchased workboots many times ranging from the most expensive to the cheapest. I read the reviews on these and figured they would either fit or fit real tight based on that. They actually fit pretty good and I like the color. Two issues I have and one is preference..the first one is the shape of the nose. It's small compared to most boots. Seems like they're not steel toe but as I said that's preference..the second is it squeaks...that is the boot. I have tried everything. I checked the insole..I checked the rubber on the edges..I checked the bottom of the boot thinking it's the rubber against the floor. I have walked on carpet and still it makes the sound. It's not a small squeaking sound. It's a loud sound o I find myself trying to change my step but that's only gonna make my hip hurt or make me look like an idiot walking around concentrating on not making a sound..and it's only on the left boot. It's not the heel or any small nails because they dont have any so there is no adjustments to be made..if it were something I could fix and wasnt so damn loud then these boots would have 5 stars.. I've had these boots for 3 months and can say they're pretty broken in. So it's not like it's a new breaking in sound or anything. It's a loud squeak. I'll try to record and post it late

Steel toe cowboy boots that look like gum boots

These boots are of good quality... but they are uncomfortable. The right boot is a bit tight and there is no way that they will break in. Can't get them stretched either. Steel toes... go figure. I got a good deal on them... so I am selling them and making a profit, I hope. Other than that.. I will not buy these type of boots again.
