Cool looking but not what I expected

This is really a cool towel hanging concept, but just didn’t work for the space we were looking to install it in and looked rather cheap for the cost of the product. Had to return it. Great idea, but not great quality.

Awesome Chrome Vertical Towel Rack.

Needed chrome vertical towel rack to fit in the two foot space between the mirrors to provide a place to hang towels for one of the sinks that didn't have a side wall available to put a towel rack. This is perfect width. Not very tall, and I certainly wouldn't consider hanging a bath towel in the location I'm using it. Not to say that isn't possible. The package includes a template for ease of installing. And all the necessary screws and screw mounts so that it gets installed securely. It's very well constructed and it's made in Italy. Package was very secure. No flaws at all. I'm sure I'll have years of satisfaction with this purchase. Yes, it's more expensive. But it's worth it.

Pretty - and okay if you don't mind overlapping towels

For the price, you want this to be perfect and it really needs to be taller in my opinion. It looks great, but I was hoping for more space between the bars (either that or longer bars). If you could fit a hand towel on top without much overlap to the towel below it would be perfect - but even if you are using the top and bottom bars - there's too much overlap for me and I'm worried the towels won't dry properly. For my use - it would have been better to get a hook rack. Luckily I'm using this is the guest bath so it's okay that it's more art than function.

Quality of the product does not justify the price

We purchased the Towel Rack just over a year ago, specifically 1 year and 2 month. Just last week middle bar started to wobble. Looking closer at the bar, I noticed that plastic o-ring which keeps the bar stable was pushed inside the main bracket without any way to pull it out. Unfortunately, warranty is set only for 1 year, so I am out of luck to fix. If I was aware for such issues, I would probably buy 10 pieces of $20 bar which would last me a life time. Very disappointed with product quality.

High quality multi-towel rack

I was hesitant to pay this much for a towel bar not having seen it first, but this is a really good one and worth the price. The quality is great. it looks contemporary (even though my style is classic) but it is really practical considering it holds six towels. I use it in a small section of my bathroom where I wanted to be able to hang washcloths and hand towels and it is perfect. the bars can extend if you have a larger area. I would recommend it.

Cheaply made, high price, and poor customer service

Shortly after having this towel rack installed, the plastic holding the middle rod got pushed into the frame rendering the rod useless. When I contacted the manufacture, I received instructions on how to fix the defective product rather them honoring the warranty. I responded to them describing my disappointment, but have not heard back. I ended up taking the rack apart and found cheap plastic rings loosely held into place with dollops of glue. The rings plastic also holds the backing screws, and one was cracked upon opening. This product does not live up to it's description of being a luxury product and definitely does not command the high cost.

Unique find

This is great for a small space. Perfect for our remodel. On top of that it looks cool! We have had several compliments on it. It is a bit expensive, but Amazon had the lowest price we found on the same product. Would buy again.

Great design but poor quality

Amazing packaging but poor quality product. The ends don’t stay in place and falls easily. I had to applied some silicone to each of them. Also two out of three bars don’t slide easily ... but one does very well. Still I will keep it since it’s installed and the small footprint it what I was looking for.

Original y funcional

He adquirido este producto por el poco espacio que ocupa y la cantidad de toallas a colocar, La base es maciza y de muy buena calidad, de momento los ejes se mueven muy fácil y no tiene pinta de doblarse, al contrario da sensación de firmeza. Muy original y perfecto para baños pequeños o como original y funcional.

bello e robusto

Esteticamente molto gradevole e robusto, permette di accomodare tranquillamente 3 asciugamani. L'unica pecca è la lunghezza delle barre per cui per utilizzarlo in una configurazione simile a quella illustrata, gli asciugamani vanno piegati in tre. In questo modo si ammassano tra il muro e la barra e oltre ad asciugarsi con difficoltà diventa più complesso prenderli e rimetterli. Ad ogni modo è un bel prodotto, molto gradevole da vedere e lo ricomprerei.
