Looks great

Sometimes what you think will look really good in a space, doesn't end up that way. As I DIY my way through my old home, that has happened a few times. So, even though it's just a hand towel holder to some, it's not "just" a hand towel holder. I ordered a few different options to hold up on the wall and this was the clear winner. The one I thought was going to be my favorite, turned out to be my least liked. This is packaged really well, sitting on thick cardboard, tightly plastic wrapped. Screws and anchors packaged separately, with no chance of coming in contact to scratch/scrape the black finish. If you haven't installed things like this before, the instructions are easy to follow making for an easy install.

Very sturdy. Well made

This is better built and sturdier than the one i just purchased made by better homes and gardens. But the one made by better homes and gardens matches my bathroom fixtures better. So, I’m on the fence if I will keep this one or not. I will say this much, if you are looking for one that’s really sturdy and well built, this is it.

A good option for tight spaces

This towel ring’s square, compact shape works perfectly when you don’t have a lot of wall space. I needed a ring that didn’t come out too far from the wall and that the shape would fit between an open cabinet and the end of a wall on the other side. The square shape adds interest to the design but allows the towel to dry. It’s well priced, easy to install & comes in several finishes. It would work well with a traditional, transitional or modern aesthetic.

Love this simple towel ring!

In fact I was so pleased to find it, as it matched the shape of my other hardware, that I ordered the towel bar. What an amazing find! And with Amazon's fast delivery everything, although ordered last minute arrived right on time to complete the project.

It’s easy to install after you’ve already done it. ????

I almost demolished my bathroom in a fit of rage because the instructions were so clear to me at all. My husband came in and saved me, so I uploaded a picture in case anyone is like me... Turns out I had the bracket on backwards which is why I couldn’t make it stay up. The ring is sturdy and very pretty. I recommend. Won’t give 5 stars because instructions didn’t have better pictures.

Great customer service

The towel ring is solid brass, super good quality and modern. It's not shiny but I wanted the brushed gold so it's exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it came without the screws and the plate to hang the towel ring so I called the manufacture and she answered immediately, said no problem sending the missing parts out. That's how customer service should be but more often than not, it's not the case. I was very happy I purchased it from them and I will order another one for my other bathroom. Thank you!

Good Product

Usually with these things, it's always a coin toss whether they're flimsy and basically garbage or good. This is one of the good ones! It's really solid, sits on the wall like it's super-glued to it. The only small downside is that things aren't 100% symmetrical with the way the square towel ring is attached to the wall piece, but it's really minor. I would buy the item again.
