Looks great and well packaged - one lamp was shattered.

I ordered 2 of these lights. While both came very well packaged, one of the shades on the light was shattered. I would like to have a replacement glass piece sent to me if possible. Directions were a little hard to follow (only pictures, no written instructions).

Looks lovely!

I bought the matching towel bars, first, at a home improvement shop. I ordered the single sconces through a lighting shop, but ended up returning them when they didn't fit. AND paying a 20% restocking fee! I finally thought about looking on Amazon for the 3-light fixture - and there it was! It worked beautifully, and looks perfect - but if it hadn't, I had the comfort of knowing that I'd be able to return it without any re-stocking fee.

Looks great, sturdy, but incredibly difficult to install

Looks really nice and feels sturdy. Absolute nightmare to install, and I’m super handy. Bizarrely, the mounting bracket (pictured) can’t sit fully flush against the wall because there’s a raised area that a tab on the fixture has to slide under. If the bracket is nice and tight against the wall, the fixture’s tab doesn’t fit underneath, so then you loosen the bracket so that the tab does fit, only to find the fixture flops around on the loose bracket!! Only solution is to insert some combination of washers under that side of the bracket so that once tightened down, the notch is still raised enough. Which required about 8 installs/removals to get just the right spacer height. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS DESIGN!! It’s impossible to get nice and snug against the wall, but oh well, it’s there and looks nice.

Beautiful finish and look ...quality item.

I don't know why there were some bad reviews on this light. Beautiful finish and look to it. Both lights arrived unbroken. The glass was heavy walled and nicely finished. I am so glad that I did not listen to the few bad reviews on this lamp.

Not so good quality, but still nice looking

I ordered four of these for my new master bathroom. The shades are made of cheap pressed glass and even though they were packaged very well in cardboard and styrofoam, they do not seem to hold up very well during the shipping process. Two of them arrived with broken shades, so I had to request replacements. One of the replacements also had a broken shade, had to return that one too for yet another replacement. Amazon was kind enough to upgrade the shipping speed to UPS 2nd day air for free on the replacements. Installation was a bit tricky too. The ring that holds the shade in place kept getting severely stuck on the thread, which is also made of a rather cheap and rough material. This was especially frustrating since everything sits inside the glass shade and you are barely able to fit your hand to maneuver in there. The installation tool that came with it was useless in my opinion. Considering the cheap material, I feel the product is a bit overpriced, but overall I still appreciate the look of this lamp. Nice, clean and contemporary.

It lights up my bath

Perfect size for my bath. I hung my upside down from what the picture shows. otherwise it would have look out of place above the mirror. Easy install for the DIY"er.

Get ready for Stress

What we learned: if you are hanging the lights facing down: do all the assembly before you hang the fixture. Become very familiar with each part. The directions are a one page sheet with pictures. No words! And some things are just not explained.
