This is what you want if you have a Husqvarna riding mower
I have an Husqvarna riding mower, and it has a washout valve with this male end. It also came with one female attachment. I bought these for my hoses, and they work great and are compatible. But you need to make sure your connector from the faucet and to the faucet complement each other, because they sell both. You want the female to screw into the faucet and govern all outward water flow. The male ends should attach to your sprinklers, nozzles, and other devices. This particular one comes with a cheap plastic male end, so I suggest buying the high quality metal one for anything you really use a lot.

Nice connectors
These are easy to install and work really well. Instant shutoff when you disconnect a hose or a sprinkler or whatever you're using. I would like to see a kit available with maybe 2 female connectors and one male. All I find so far includes components for 2 attachments and one shutoff connector with the hose end fitting. I only have 3 hose bibs here, so don't really need more than 3 of the hose to house connectors. Individually the hose to implement (sprinkler, hose nozzle, etc) is quite expensive. Otherwise it's a great system.

Quality hose connectors for decades
I have used Gardena water hose accessories for decades. I was a retailer at my small garden center in the early 1980's when I first used their products. Today I have 3 sprinklers and 3 hose spray nozzles from them that I also use.

Easy peasy
They work easily, even my wife can pop them off and on again. They seal well too. I know, something that actually works as advertized. I've been using their products for 29 yrs. and the only problem comes from sun damage causing the plastic to become brittle as would any plastic. At least it won't corrode.

Can't connect when the water is turned on
I used to always use Gardena way back when HD sold them. So when I saw these on Amazon, I wanted to get the outdoor hoses and nozzles set up with them. Keep in mind that these are the ones that you are supposed to be able to connect and disconnect while the water is on. Well, we can always successfully disconnect, but most of the time we cannot connect a nozzle or another hose. It just will not insert! So we have to go all the way back to the faucet and turn the water off, which slightly defeats the purpose of us buying these in the first place. Now, when the water is turned off, it is nice to be able to very quickly remove the nozzle, attach another hose, and attach the nozzle to it - instead of twisting and turning the regular way, which is a pain. So all is not lost. But we don't bother trying to use them anymore when the water is turned on. Very disappointing - especially when we're being charged almost $11 for just one little set! (And we bought 3.) Well, I hope you have better luck using them with the water turned on.

Reliable Product

LOcking Plug does not alway reset
The quick connect idea is great when switching attachments - saves lots of time. Their plastic insert that allows that, however, does not always reset. I have to unscrew it, push it back "down", and then screw the connector back on to allow the connector to seat properly. I have 2 of these steel ones, one works fine, the other has this problem. The only way to fix it was to put in 4 washers into it so that enough room was left to reset where it screws onto the hose.

Rock solid. Very high quality.
Awesome little connector. Exactly what I was looking for. Despite being plastic, it doesn't leak a single drop of water...something I was leery of when purchasing. Basically turns your garden hose into an air compressor type setup. Pop on the spray nozzle/gun, swap that out for a sprinkler etc. No unscrewing things, no leaking connectors. It allows the device attached at the end to swivel freely which alleviates twisting and resistance from heavy duty hoses.
