Not for short legs

I wish there would have been a petite or short option available for these. For reference I am 5'5" and weigh 160 lbs. I have owned many pairs of Gap jeans and usually wear a size 10/30. I followed other reviews and sized up to a 31 and it fit my waist perfectly but may have been a little large in the leg/thigh area. As far as being a pair of cropped jeans like the photo, I felt like these just looked like regular pants that were too short. In the photo I have them pulled up as high as they would go and my ankles didn't show at all. I returned these, but would have kept them if I were at least 2 inches taller.

Super cute

I love these black jeans. I got them to wear to work. They’re comfy and cute. Perhaps a bit on the small size—if you’re in between sizes, you may want to size up.

Kick Flare not what I expected.

First off these are definitely quality heavy Jean material that you would expect from the gap. It’s been quite a while since I’ve bought jeans without trying them on or from a sizing chart in waist numbers, so likely user error that these are a bit big on me, though you can’t necessarily tell in the pictures. I looked at the ad and thought the models were all wearing heals so maybe they would be longer but they are ankle skimming so buyer be warned. But you are probably a bit cooler than this mama so you would know. These are cute if you like weird length pants that are not quite Capri but not quite jeans? My husband thought they looked nice in the back and that’s all that’s important to him but commented that the flood waters are pretty close to coming in. Definite quality though! Go do it!

Good Jeans for everyday wear

I usually shop at the GAP and decided to order these in black, as I am now returning to the office and can use dark denim. They fit nicely (but do run a little long: These should be cropped, but hit right above my ankle- For reference I am 5'2"). I liked that they flared at the bottom. The only negative, which is not particularly as a result of this brand, rather of the material: Is that these were a magnet for lint and dog hairs: Other than that very good find.

Runs small!

Oh Gap. I've been a Gap jeans girlie since high school. The quality for the price is great, and they usually have a good range of trendy yet timeless styles. Their Achilles heel is their sizing. Style to style, their sizing varies widely. Sometimes even wash to wash. This pair is that great Gap quality denim, thick with only a smidge of stretch ( I prefer all cotton or mostly cotton jeans for the durability and look). I was so hopeful when these arrived because they look great. Perfect mid-tone wash. But they fit very small. Could barely zip them up. They're also very cropped. I was expecting slightly cropped based on the photo, but the inseam is 26.5" - way more cropped than expected. They are also only a mid-rise jean, which was not mentioned in the description or title at all, so I was a bit surprised and disappointed in that. Overall disappointed with these.

Runs slightly small

I got these for my wife. These jeans seem to run just a little on the small side, but they do have some stretch so she can still wear them. They are shorter than she expected. She is 5'8" and they don't quite make it to her ankles. They are kind of an awkward length on her. Not to her ankle but not as short as capris. The overall quality of the jeans is really nice though. They seem to be very high quality denim.

too small

I normally wear a size 6/28 from LOFT and Ann Taylor and thought that a size 8/29 would fit in these GAP sizing. These did not have a stretch to them and they were hard to put on. Once the pants went over my thighs they did not even come close to closing. These might run on the smaller side in sizing. Sadly, I'll have to return these jeans.

I'm not really understanding the sizing

When I I got these I thought they were supposed to be a woman size 28. It's more like a little girl size 3. I guess I didn't understand the whole sizing department and I should have probably looked at the description better I guess. The jeans look nice though, they're really thick and nicely made
