Beautiful watch! Love it.
Second hand is not aligned properly with the indices on mine, but I knew this was a possibility from reviews and I don't really mind. Finishing is beautiful. Sunburst dial is really nice, and mix of brushed and polished steel on the case is great. Design reminiscent of Rolex Oyster Perpetual. Crown has a nice TX inscription on it. Bracelet is nice, doesn't have microadjustments but you could always replace it if needbe. Slim and lightweight watch since it's quartz, really disappears on your wrist. I like the slightly smaller case size than a modern large dress watch. Only real complaint is that I think the date window is a bit underwhelming. Small and unfinished with a boring font. Silver trim around it would be nice, and a slightly more interesting font like on a Seiko SNK335 (which is a good automatic to compare to this watch if you're into that). But some might feel differently. It definitely sits out of the way. Compared to my Timex Weekender which I returned for being too loud, this watch is mostly silent unless it's within like 2 feet of your ear. Overall, a really pretty dressy quartz watch with a vintage flair for a reasonable-ish price. (I can't imagine spending much more than 100 on a quartz watch anyway).

Great Watch!
I got the Milano XL with the white dial / stainless steel configuration, and this is by far the most handsome thing Timex has for under $100. There are obvious calls to the famous Oyster Perpetual in its design (brushed 3-link bracelet, sunburst dial, baton indices, small profile), but the watch stands on its own as a classic, minimal, and elegant piece. The beveled case curves in all the right places, the dial is beautiful and catches light well, and the tapered, solid linked bracelet is brushed nicely. There's even minimal lume on the hands and baton indices. In its overall design, I would call the Milano XL flawless. In its overall function, however, there are some issues. The bracelet has no micro-adjustments to speak of. On my 6 3/4 inch wrist, I can wear it after removing all but 3 links, but in heat and humidity, the watch can get a bit tight - Still 100% wearable, but I find myself fiddling with it to get comfortable during the day. My only other complaint is that the second hand almost never hits the minute markers dead-on, mostly falling right between them. This is a fairly common problem with lower-end quartz pieces, but on a $100 watch from Timex, this seems silly and difficult to excuse. I say "difficult to excuse" because it's not impossible to excuse. I've had this watch for a few weeks now, and it's on my wrist 90% of the time. I prefer this to some watches in my collection that cost me over twice as much, and I don't see my love for it fading any time soon. If you are looking for a sporty, any-occasion watch that punches well above its weight class, I say it's worth the money. In a world of 40-42mm dress pieces, the Milano XL is a much-needed departure.

Surprisingly nice watch
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this watch is. It is a good size, although I think it wears slightly larger than 38mm because of the shape of the case. The second hand is pretty good at hitting the markers. If you have owned a timex then you know they tick pretty loudly. This model is quieter than my timex expedition scout but I can hear it occasionally. It’s quiet enough that I can set it on my nightstand and it doesn’t bother me at night. The bracelet doesn’t have any micro adjustments or half links so it will be the luck of the draw if it fits you well. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and luckily it fit me perfect with one removable link left on each side of the clasp. The bracelet is also actually very comfortable with no sharp edges and it’s not a hair puller. Overall I think this is a good buy for the price.

Perfect for the price
This has a distinctly vintage vibe, feels/looks like a Datejust without the cyclops: oyster-ish bracelet silver sunburst dial with baton hands and matching indices, small date, and a 70s style 38mm cushion case. Stylish and legible, and best of all I CAN'T HEAR THE TICKING. This is unique in my recent Timex quartz experience, and it's a huge deal. I've never understood why not just Seiko and Citizen, but even Casio can make $17 silent quartz watches but Timex couldn't (i.e. it's not a matter of cost). I have a nice Timex quartz Dodgers watch that I enjoy wearing to games, but I have to keep it in a drawer - it's that loud. Like the Q (and the Todd Snyder Milano), this has a silent movement. It's blissful. For under $100, I really can't ask for more. Well done, Timex - if you can roll these quality SILENT quartz movements into more of your line, I'll happily buy more of your watches.

Timeless Piece
This is a timeless piece, I went to the watch store to get the band resized and the jeweler complimented me about the watch and asked where I purchased it. I could tell from him reaction that he was surprised it was only a $100 and that’s coming from a person who sells super expensive watches for a living. You don’t need a lot of money to be stylish.

great value.
The media could not be loaded. Reliable quartz movement. Supple strap and timeless esthetic make this a great watch for the price. It includes details not always seen at the price including branded buckle and crown.
