So nice, I purchased twice

These hooks fit the bill perfectly. I have them in the master bath and purchased them again for my MIL to hang her robe on. Easy install. If you have big hands, tightening with supplied Allen wrench is a challenge. Just be patient.

Excellent hanger

Great hanger that is easy to mount and does a excellent job. Price could be a bit more reasonable, but still, we liked it enough to have purchased three of them.

A really good towel hook -- the towel doesn't fall off as with some designs

It's well made and serves its purpose well. I'd suggest a small re-design to make the base a bit wider so that when there's no stud behind the drywall, one could use stronger mounting systems. Also the little 3mm allen wrench was a real hassle to tighten. A 3mm Allen wrench mounted with a 1/4" base so it can be tightened using an electric driver or a longer wrench driver would make it easier.

Nice hook, slight installation issue

I installed three of these hooks and all had the same issue. The back plate that installs to the wall first is not high enough, so the allen wrenched pin does not latch into it. I solved it by adding a shim behind the back place, raising it slightly. This way, the pin will grip it. You could use cardboard also but just need to raise it by about a 1/16" for proper installation. Positives: Hook looks great and elegant once installed.

Works perfectly!

The mounting system was a bit different, but the holes lined up so it was an easy swap. Holds towels better than my old one, no slipping off.

Beautiful towel hook for our bathroom.

We broke one of our hooks in the bathroom. When we found these we decided to change the other ones . They are well made, work great and very sturdy. They look beautiful , thanks amazon for having these. We almost always find what we need at amazon !

Missing Harware

Nice looking bathroom hook, unfortunately mine was missing the installation plate and I couldn’t install it. Was able to talk to manufacturer who will expedite shipment of missing hardware.
