Support braces.
Helping with hands and carpal tunnel and keeps discomfort at bay. Only thing to upgrade would be the silicone disk, which keeps falling out. But still good even without that.

Great value for money

Comfortable
Very comfortable and sleek. Keeps my wrist supported. Neoprene material and isn't very bulky. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: After wearing this regularly for a couple months, at times during two moves, the fabric in the palm tore and the round soft pad came out. It is still OK to wear; just not as comfortable. I lowered my rating by 1 star to 3 as a result. Original comments are still valid. ORIGINAL: I have a smallish male hand (wrist 7.25”). The LG/XLG fits fine except for the thumbhole. The thumbhole should be a bit larger for my web skin between the thumb and index finger. There is irritation of the web (no redness) with tasks that have thumb movement (like typing). I will adjust it occasionally while typing. It seems that I could cut the thumbhole a bit larger without compromising the integrity of the material (no stitching or seam at the edges); but I haven’t tried to cut it. The primary material seems to be thin, black, knit fabric laminated onto spongy foamed neoprene (similar to wet suits). I typically wear the brace throughout the day and night, taking it off for daily ablutions, handwriting, and while using eating utensils. I will also take it off when I need a break from its restraint. Pros Its material (Neoprene?) provides a uniform stretch fit. Three straps makes for customizable fit. Removable and bendable metal stay (cleaning, and customizing your fit) Palm pad for extra cushion from metal stay Allows for unrestricted finger and thumb movement for typing (though handwriting is a bit clumsy) Cons Some irritation at top of thumbhole on skin web between thumb and index finger (requires occasional adjusting) Some itching sensation around its forearm edge (likely can’t be avoided, especially if you have hairy forearms) Holds in your heat and sweat, but not as much as a Muller wrist brace (Mueller Fitted Wrist Right , Black, Large/XLarge )

Did the job, but a sewing issue
I have had moderate to serious carpal tunnel and this support did the job. But be aware, my first brace had to be replaced (I purchased another one) because I mistakenly pulled on the velcro ends of the tightening straps which have a VERY poor sewing job to the elastic they are connected to. So, be sure to tighten the 3 straps from the straps themselves, and not from the Velcro pull tabs, or else the tabs will rip easily. In that sense, these supports have a construction issue, but it can be avoided.

L/XL is tight and my wrists/hands are not that big
I get that it's supposed to be compression, but this thing is small and very tight on my hand. Don't bother if you've got large hands or wrists
