Shinny bright gold fun

I am a professional photographer and i got this for a birthday shoot i have coming up. It was not bad priced so i figured why not. It comes in a plastic wrap bag and the gold foil is wrapped around cardboard. This curtain is 3ft by 8ft. Once i put it up on my backdrop stand i noticed it wasn't as full as i wanted. I think i will have to order another one to get the look i am going for. But on a good note the curtain is beautiful. It does come in two colors gold and silver. It is not bad priced at all so it is worth the money. It will be a great backdrop for me i just have to get another one like i mentioned to get the look i want. As you see below my dog is sitting in front of it to show you. I took this photo in my garage with my cell phone.

Worked great for our purposes as a photobooth backdrop at a charity ball, but had to use two to make it wide enough and prob would have been better with three. We also used a black curtain behind to make it look more professional. Not sure why people complain about quality. What exactly do you expect from something so cheap? You get what you pay for. I wouldn't use it in a doorway because it'll rip if it's walked on or grabbed, but against a wall it's fine. If you take care when you're unraveling it you shouldn't have problems. If you tear it out of the packaging and try to make it unravel itself like a drunk fraternity kid you will have issues.

No complaints! Looked great and it's a fantastic price.

This was perfect for my event and at an awesome price! I was worried about the quality when I saw some poor reviews but if you are a calm adult and open the package with care, you will not have issues. If you want to be an animal and tear the package apart and quickly rip the pieces instead of unrolling them from their packaging, then you may have a problem. I didn't have a single loose shred of gold fall on the floor while I put it up to use as a photobooth background at a prom. (I purchased 4 so I could create a full long photo background, one will not do much besides maybe fill a doorway. It was fantastic. I only lost some gold pieces when people had to move it like a curtain so they could go behind my background to access a closet. If this is their average quality you should not hesitate to order for your next event.

Good product for the price

Filmsy sure, but after reading the reviews, I knew what I was getting. Good product for the price. I hung two of these up (with tape) to make a 'photo booth' background. I didn't put anything up behind the fringe but I read in a couple of interviews that they hung up a plastic tablecloth behind the fringe. I also hung lights in front of the fringe which was probably a mistake because the lights ended up tangling up the fringe a bit but the photos turned out okay!

Not what you see in the photo!

This is NOT the length you see in the photo! It's definitely at least half of that. Luckily, we used it for a homemade photo booth for my baby shower, so we didn't need the width as much, and we compensated for the thinness by using a colorful sheet we had laying around behind it. For the price, it was ok, but do not expect to have the thickness nor the length you see in the photo.

I ordered a couple of these as accents for my wife's surprise 20s themed 30th birthday murder mystery dinner party...yeah, there was quite a bit of planning that had to go into that, but that's beside the point. These worked great to add a little glitz to the ambiance. Good price, too. Can't imagine it'd stand up to several uses, but for one-time use, it's a good little accent.

Need 2 for Photo Booth

The picture is a bit deceiving as the curtain looks wider than it actually is. I forgot to look that it is actually only 3 ft wide. If you are using this for a photo booth, I would suggest ordering 2 and putting them side by side. You will also want to get something like the 3m command strips to keep it stuck to the wall. I didn't realize that it didn't come with sticky strips on it already. I have ordered similar items in the past that did, so I assumed this would as well.

This product was as advertised, and worked well for its intended purpose - the background of a photo booth. I actually combined this gold one and a red fringe curtain, and the effect was pretty cool. It was easy to hang and didn't rip when I moved it around.
