Works great on my sprayer and didn’t clog!

This tip worked great and didn’t clog at all. I was able to get a good even coverage spraying a latex paint.

No instructions, will spray latex.

As a novice user, I felt the cap was easy to install, although it lacked instructions. I did get it to work after some tweaking, and it sprayed a coat of latex after diluting per the instructions that came with the unit. I have the Semi-Pro 2.

Works Great-has a bit of a learning curve

I have been waiting for a while to get upgrade to an HVLP sprayer. I am very pleased with this sprayer, but it did take a while to learn how to set it properly. My first use ended up with a lot of overspray. Second time was better. The spray gun was easy to clean, which is something that I was worried about. I'm considering purchasing a swivel connector or thinner whip hose for near the gun to give it more maneuverability. It is a bit tough to use in tight spaces (like inside a cabinet). Overall I am pleased and would recommend this unit.

Worked with Latex Exterior Paint+Primer (Glidden Premium)

Diluted the paint to suggested viscosity (50-80 seconds to empty the measurement cup), use maximum flow and low paint feeding ratio, it work and no problem met.

Disappointing Fuji Spray gun set.

The Fuji-6 HVLP was a disappointing replacement for my Accuspray. The performance of the spray gun was way below that of the Accuspray gun and after hours of trying different tips and paint viscosity I set this unit aside for the next yard sale. The problem is the spray gun as the I tried both the Accuspray twin turbine and Fuji air pumps with the gun.

Latex spray with 2.0mm #6 air cap

If you want to spray latex then you need to use this 2.0 mm air cap for great results. I use this with my Fuji Hobby Pro 2 (two stage) unit to spray SW Pro Classic Acrylic Latex . I thin paint 15% to a viscosity of 40 on the Ford scale. I also add 3/4 oz of extender to 22 ounce of paint.

Good for latex paint

Typical Fuji quality (which is excellent). I used this set for spraying latex on casing and moulding. The Semi-PRO isn't the best HVLP for this job, but it will get the job done. I wouldn't even try it without this air cap set.

The needle is the same as the 1.8 (Air Cap 5)

The only thing it changes its aircap itself but the company makes more money by marketing it as a whole set, while only the aircap changes, they at least should say it that it is the same needle.
