Not exact replacement
Motor was not identical to the original that it was to replace. Replacement did not have grooves in shaft to mount external fan. Perhaps need for external fan was eliminated? Regardless — if you want to reuse your external fan, you will have to significantly modify this part to fit.

Easy to install replacement for OEM part
Exact replacement for the original in my Kenmore. Amazon located it based on the model number of my stove and it is, indeed, identical to the original fan, which sounds like the bearing was going out after 8 years. Installation was obvious and easy. There are videos on YouTube showing replacement of the fan on similar stoves that helped me to know what I was getting into. The nut that holds the fan onto the shaft is a left-thread - i.e. it tightens/loosens "the wrong way". Save yourself some wasted time and effort by remembering that when you start the job!

Confusing
We noticed the convection fan on our Frigidaire GLEFZ389HC(D) making noise on Christmas day. As mechanics who've worked on numerous appliances over the years, so we figured this would be a quick fix, but decided to check some online videos to boot. (We also have a horrible appliance "repair" here in town.) I pulled the convection motor & noted a part number of 3616415800, which per Frigidaire was replaced with 5304467898. Off I went to look for the part & found this one at a great price on Amazon straight from Frigidaire, even checking if this fit my particular model at the top of the page. I ended up with a fan that looks correct, but stamped from Hunan Keli Motor Co. Ltd P/N 316256. This part looks to be a direct fit, but we needed to remove the exterior fan from the old motor to the new. My brother, kind enough to do the install while I was at work, ended blowing a lot of time trying to research the possibility of a fan reinstall. I got home & soon involved in the online research with numerous websites & a long conversation with a Frigidaire tech. The tech immediately threw out the price of the motor from them, but I persisted that I just needed questions answered about the motor. I asked if Hunan Keli was the official supplier of motors to Frigidaire. The tech claimed the motor I got through Amazon was "a knockoff." He had no answer as to Hunan Keli's support to the company, despite telling him this part came from Frigidaire's official Amazon page. While the tech claimed we could simply take the collar off of the shaft, this was not the case as the collar was factory pressed on to the collar, even after removing the E ring underneath. In addition, the new part from Frigidaire has a raised collar on the frame of the motor where the shaft mounts into it, which impedes the old exterior fan. (This raised area where the shaft is inserted into the motor is in every picture we've seen online no matter who the seller is.) I was told the fan should go on the new motor, despite concerns about the pressed collar, & the hole on the fan being too small for the raised area on the new motor. The tech also said he couldn't locate the small fan attached to our original motor in any diagram. This led to me asking if the smaller fan was even necessary anymore, given Frigidaire left it off the new replacement motors & didn't even list the fan separately. Attempts to get the tech to understand all of this fell on deaf ears. We finally installed this motor without the exterior fan attached & quickly tested it as working. It's unclear how the missing fan will affect the outside wall temperatures, per the tech's insistence. We will need to bake something to check everything & update this review. At the end of the day, it would be cool if there was something stating the part number on this will be different that of the supposed factory model. If your unit doesn't have the external impeller, then you are probably good to go. As for us, the research is ongoing.

Kenmore Convection Oven
Used for Kenmore convection oven. Worked perfectly right out of the box!

Not an exact replacement
This part comes as pictured, however is NOT an exact replacement part. As noted by previous reviewer, this part does NOT come with a fan impeller as the original by same part number does. The fan impeller that is missing is to cool the fan motor on back of oven outside the oven. This part will still work, but without cooling the fan motor on back of stove, I suspect the fan motor will not last as long due to running at higher heat.
