I love Freya

I have been buying this brand for years now. This style bra works well for me as a busty person with a short torso. I also appreciate the underwire not coming all the way up to my underarm like many other brands.

HUGE!!

Be sure to convert to US sizing, band very loose on 1st hook & cup size was too big. Had to return. Going back to buying Third Love bras. Same price as these.

Fits smaller than the normal Idol. Also not as good quality. Fabric is stiffer, and straps are more narrow...and seem to be wider-set. Also, whenever I order bras on Amazon these days, they come in a plastic mailer....NOT a good combination with large, molded cups. They're almost always sort of ruined due to creasing in the cups. Recently bought one from an online lingerie retailer expecting better, though, and got the exact same result. This is such a duh thing. Like, why? Let me vent further for a moment....WHY do lingerie makers not understand that the straps don't need to be so far apart? Especially if the band is a 34 or smaller, and even moreso on larger cups, because then they're really not supporting anything when they're set so far to the side that all the weight of the breasts is too much in the middle. This is not rocket science. Apply a little common physics sense.

The for was a bit off compared to my other freya bras. Good for under tees and sweaters but can't wear with a tank and had to add an extender for more comfort

My go to brand ????

Years ago I had a friend take me to Nordstrom to get fitted for a bra because I could never figure out my bra size. Freya was the brand I got. My weight has ranged from 142-165 my whole adult life so far and 34 G in this brand has never let me down. I’ve tried other brands but it gets frustrating with sizes being inconsistent, especially the cups. I can order Freya bras online with little to no worries about it fitting. It’s a good idea to get properly sized and try your best to stick with a brand you can trust to be consistent. (If I try other brands, I stick with UK brands, tends to stay pretty consistent as well) Good luck ladies ????

Cup size was toooooo big, but otherwise, a very well designed bra.

I'm a 34/36DDD (North American size), therefore a 34 or 36 FF UK. After suffering though well over a hundred crappy, ill-designed bras because I'm cheap (wouldn't spend more that about $38 on a bra), I decided to bite the bullet, research some far better bra companies, especially ones that cater to very large boobs, with small bands on offer. Also, bra cups that are made for high, or tall breasts (breasts that sit higher on chest, with fullness up top, above nipples). Most other bra companies insist on cutting your boobs in half with poorly designed cups, thus giving you the quad-boob, or gross, pointy boobs that go out to the sides. Freya designs wonderful bras that give a beautiful, rounded, lifted silhouette while still being very comfortable. However, this particular bra . . . the cups are huuuuge! I ordered 34FF (which should have fit perfectly) and the cups were so massive, I could have fit my head into them. So, I've exchanged for a smaller cup size (not yet arrived). If you decide to order this bra, I suggest you size down the cups at least two sizes.

Nice bra, but cups are too big

I am typically a UK 34F/US 34G, so I ordered a 34F from Amazon. The bra I received is a UK 34F/US 34G (see pictured the label). I am quite happy with the band size (34), it’s comfortable on the loosest hooks. The cups (F) however, are massive compared to other brands’ sizing. The bra seems like it will be comfortable, and the straps are reasonably thick/supportive. Even though it’s not the most glamorous bra, I do think it will look nice/stylish in the correct size. I also think it will give a good shape, with not too much padding. I will try going down a cup size or two, wish me luck. I hope this review helps :)

Completely different bra

Returning bra as it's completely different to one advertised. Was listed as underwired and returns note in package confirms this but bra received isn't wired and is possibly a nursing bra as cups detach from straps! Disappointed to have to faff about return via post office.
