Perfect for me

The reason I am recommending this is maybe not why you should buy it. I have been looking for this profile to make some back banding to match the existing trim pieces in my house. It was almost the identical match. Saved having to have a custom bit fabricated. I have ran less than a hundred feet of oak past it and it is still cutting well. Glad to have found it. Recommended

Mini Rail and Stile Review...

I make a lot of jewelry boxes and keepsake boxes. A full sized rail and stile bit set seems oversized for these constructions. I use this smaller sized bit set for these boxes. This is a high quality product and it has worked well for me. The results have been impressive in a variety of wood types. I am satisfied with this product and will continue using it in my work.

mini rail and stile

I bought the freud mini rail and stile set to do smaller doors on some furniture i was building and they worked out great. It works as well as the larger rail and stile sets only now you can make raised panel doors with half inch stock. Another great freud product. Money well spent!!!
