Great for plastics, acrylic especially
I had to cut out two 17” circles of 1/8” acrylic. The circles could not have any holes. I had to sandwich the acrylic between to pieces of 1/4” MDF to keep the acrylic from vibrating. I also used double sided tape since clamping the sandwhich wasn’t working well. The Router bit did a great job. No fracturing or cracking and the edge only needed a quick cleanup with 400 grit then I passed a flame all the way around the edge of each and ended up with a glass smooth clear edge. Only after a couple failures using some scrap though did I accomplish the task.

Genuinely a quality bit
I do production plastic work on a cnc router. Delrin, and HDPE mostly, with some Acrylic and PVC thrown in. I have used Vortex, Amana, Onsrud, and many more, this bit is just as high of quality as the $70+ bits that I have of this size for plastics. If I could only have one bit for plastics, this might be it.

Great plastic cutting bit.
Had absolutely no issues running this bit in plexiglass. Smooth cuts, great chip extraction, and clean finishing on the surface. Ran it just a hair above the lowest speed my DeWalt 611 router runs.

Good bit for ABS plastic
Need to go slow in ABS. If your piece is not secured real good, you get a lot of chatter. This bit will cut ABS very well. No burning or melting. It cuts a lot of fine chips away from the work and seems to stay cool.

Dissapointing in Freud.
I had boughten a cheaper brand o-flute router bit with a single flute and it seemed to work not too bad so I figured I'd get a Frued o-flute router bit with two flutes and thought it was going to work great. But was sorely disappointed. The single-flute router bit didn't want to grab my workpiece which was the best part about it since it seems that every router bit seems to do that with HDPE. Which makes it dangerous to work. The Frued wasn't as bad as just a normal flush trim bit but didn't come close to the cheaper version. I returned it.
