Great especially for children with sensitive skin

My toddler has an array of skin issues, mainly eczema dry skin and has terrible reactions to any products other than aveeno so far. However I decided to switch it up and try something scented because he has thick hair and its getting very long / dried out. Very satisfied with product, he hasn't had any reactions at all to the product not even a slight redness on skin which is unusual. I love to coconut smell and it keeps his hair from being dried out like I washed it with a bar of soap lol Great product!

It's a natural as you can get and makes kids hair soft and shiny.

I have had tons of compliments of my kids hair because of this. I wanted something that was free of as much as it could be. This stuff is pretty natural and it makes hair super soft and shiny. I even used it on mine a few times and Icould never stop touching my hair. The hair isnt greasy afterwards and seems like it gets exactly what its thirsted for. I love this company. And will never go back.

This is the first shampoo/conditioner I’ve used on my 18 month old daughter and it leaves it so shiny and smooth. It smells great and does not feel heavy on her hair but still feels soft. I’ve been using it for a month or so and I love it.

Yes, 5 stars because I LOVE it

I wanted to wait a few months of using it before leaving my review. Preface: I take a "chemical free" lifestyle very, very seriously, especially with my children. So many products market themselves as safe, non-toxic, etc. but when you actually look at the ingredients, they still have harmful chemicals in them. And yes, I understand even water is a chemical, but what I'm describing is unnecessary chemicals/ingredients that are good for the manufacturer but bad for your family. Anyway, I was using the Earth Mama Angel Baby shampoo/body-wash for the first 7 months of my son's life because of all the great reviews. I didn't research too much into other brands since I thought they were supposed to be the best. Well, the product isn't very good. I know when you use less ugly ingredients it's harder to get a good clean, and it's harder to get a good lather, but c'mon now, you can't wash hair without SOME lather! Also, once he started to sit up in the tub and the shampoo started to run down his face while rinsing, he was crying big time - I do not think it is a tear free design. Finally I decided there had to be something better that got the job done, smelled decent and was safe. IN COMES THE MONSTER I'm soooo glad I found Fresh Monster! Lovely company that cares about providing safe products for our children to use on their hair and skin. Coconut is my favorite for everything so the smell is light and just gives off a very clean smell. Finally, it actually lathers beautifully!! So easy, so gentle. It isn't marketed as tear-free (I don't think?) but I saw some people say it was. I'm a little on the fence with that. While he doesn't cry like he did with the EMAB, he does rub his eyes a little after I rinse his hair and it gets in his eyes. Note - he doesn't rub his eyes when it's pure water going down his face. He doesn't scream/cry so that's definitely a bonus. And the price is really not bad at all for a non-toxic product. Less than $10? Yes, yes, yes!

ACTUALLY is Natural AND Tear Free, Psoriasis Tamed!

Fresh Monster has been a life saver for my family. I have a blonde-haired blue-eyed daughter, and her eyes are SENSITIVE. I have always used all natural shampoos on her, and let me tell you, most of them are NOT really tear free. My daughter was 2 1/2 when we finally found Fresh Monster, and I don't even want to think about how many different brands we tried first. Because of this, I have been washing my hair with baby shampoo for YEARS in order to use up the second halves of shampoo bottles that burn her eyes and make her cry. It had gotten to the point where she was scared to get into the shower/bathtub. But no more!!!! Now she actually asks for "Monster Shampoo" because we talk about how it doesn't make her cry. Now, it has the common downfall of many natural shampoos: it doesn't sud up very well. You have to rub it in your hands for a few to get some suds going before putting it in your kids hair if you want a decent lather, but that's really not a big deal. The other thing I've noticed over the last 4 months since we've started using it is that her scalp dryness has dramatically cleared up. That's a common issue with pale kiddos with sensitive eyes, so they seem to hit this market on the money, at least in our case. And, it even smells good, unless you hate coconuts. I hope my review helps anyone else who's been struggling to find a tear free solution for their little one. EDIT: 5/24/17- My daughter's huge chunks of scalp psoriasis have cleared up using this. She will actually let me rub it into her head too because she likes the smell and it doesn't hurt her eyes if some does drop in. Life. Saver.

It smells really nice

I just wanted to write a first impression review, and I will update it after we use it. This is for the coconut 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. It smells really nice, and judging by the label it is as pure and natural as it gets and that's exactly what we always look for especially when it comes to products for our kids. So far I only have one issue and it may not be the company's fault. It just wasn't packaged very well so the product leaked a little bit and was all over the pump. It doesn't look like there was a significant amount lost but hopefully next time I order this, if the kids like it, the packaging for it will be better and will prevent the spill over. May I suggest wrapping masking tape around the bottom edge of the pump? That seems to work for other companies. Anyways, all-in-all I'm liking it so far aside from that minor faulty packaging. I'm sure my kids will love it as well. Can't wait for them to try it. We always appreciate a good company striving to make the safest and purest products possible. Thanks a million! Update 11/26/17: Almost forgot to follow up. It has been a while since writing my review, but we still use this soap! It has always done the job and I never have to worry about the ingredients. It's great! ????????

Great 2 in 1 that does its job

The shampoo is lathery enough and provides conditioning that isn't excessive. Smells great even though it's not supposed to have toxins, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes, synthetic fragrances, BPA, gluten or soy. Amazing!
