Very helpful with arch support

This is my 2nd pair. I needed to get another set for my other shoes so I'm not having to move them each time. This really helped with my arches burning. The PT said my arches were collapsing and recommended these. They have helped tremendously. I wear a size 6 in women's shoes and ordered a size 2 supports.

Last forever, doctor recommended, and work

Edit... 4 years later and Imm back to order more. They seem to last me about 4 years. These are great. The only thing that will alleviate my plantar fasciitis. My Podiatrist recommended this specific brand. I used that one pair for 4 years switching them between shoes. Needless to say these things are durable. Went back to the doctors after four years to get another pair because I got tired of always swapping them from shoe to shoe. Got curious after the doctors visit and searched online and found the brand here on Amazon for $40 less than the doctor was charging me for them. Needless to say, will not be going back to that doctor. He was good but greedy. Anyway, these are awesome. Last forever, doctor recommended to me, and work. I'm here to buy another pair.

These work in almost all my shoes and do help to put pressure under my foot in the right place to help re-position my toes to relieve my bunions. The biggest and most immediate plus was that the foot cramps stopped entirely. That's huge! There have been times when driving that my foot cramped to the point that I was afraid of not being able to use the foot pedals correctly.

I bought these to try the 5 deg. My doc recommended the 3 deg ones for me. So while this pair isn't my size these inserts are great. They last forever, doctor recommended, and they work. Update - 2018 Great product. Still use them. Seem to last about me about two years of daily use before they need to be replaced.

very effective orthotic

I had a very sore left foot and these orthotics did the trick. I have pronation in my left foot and this orthotic insert corrects it. My foot does not move, the ankle does not roll. I am a happy camper.
