Not a high calibar product

Visually, this rack is very nice with the bronze color. However, the screws were a bit difficult to get in due to the hole in the rod not being large enough. An electric screwdriver could not be used because of the location of the upper part of the rack interfering with the screwdriver. Even a hand held screwdriver was difficult to hold perpendicular to the screw head. When hung on the door it did not hang straight, with one side sitting off the door about 1/2 inch or so, while other side was flush with the inside of the door. Not a big deal, will work for it's purpose. It was hard for me to find a rack long enough for my 8' doors so that you could reach the rungs to hang towels on...at least this was long enough for me to reach the lowest hanger. Someone taller could most likely reach the next to levels, but no one could reach the top one. However, this was the longest one I could find on Amazon or in stores, which was a plus.

Kind of Bent ?

This does not feel really sturdy and I put it together and it is kind of askew/bent, so it looks odd. I think the design looks interesting--but it is not even. I needed something so I kept it, but would not recommend to anyone looking for an over the door towel rod.

Inexpensive, functional

I like the tiered bars and the two hooks at the bottom. This is narrow enough to fit on my bathroom door comfortably. There are only two of us so if we use the top and the bottom bars and leave the middle bar empty the towels don't have to touch each other. The hooks are good for hanging a hand towel and also I read reviews that said somebody's husband had trouble getting the towel on the bar. If this is the case, then there is a hook so morning frustration solved I guess. I don't like that the screws are shiny silver against the bronze finish, and that they stand out, and that it's still pretty rattly once it's all screwed together. Just got this and installed it and wrote the review so if anything changes I'll update. Included pictures from many angles to show how it fits in my small bathroom. I'm glad the vent comes out right above the door, that should help with the drying.

Is your door flat? Does your door need to be opened all the way?

Yay dry towels!!! I had to get double sided tape and tape it to the door because it would flip off the door. My door isn’t solid, it has an indentation for decoration so it was resting at not a 90 degree angle. So every time I pulled a towel off it would lift the thing and make it bounce very loudly against the door. Easy fix. Works. One thing I didn’t take into consideration, it does extend out off the door so if you want to open the door quickly, it prevents the door from going up against the wall/opening all the way. the door bounces back at me. Got used to that though.

Wish I had bought these years ago!

Great solution when there is no suitable wall for installing a traditional towel rod. Very quick and easy to assemble the unit. Recommend using a very short handled Phillips screwdriver. Also, a large flat tip screwdriver came in handy to slightly adjust the hole lineup of the plastic insert with the metal rod. It doesn't come with anything to fasten the hanger to the door, but we haven't needed it. It is stable and doesn't move around even when taking the towel on and off.

Offers a good shower/bath towel drying solution

This product has been an amazing addition to our bathroom. We are not able to have towel bars and our bathroom space is limited. This handles 3 large towels with ease and makes our showering time easier. We dry off then hang a towel up. Better than leaving a damp towel on the floor It offers a good solution to those that may be in a similar case to me -- maybe they can't drill into the wall or there just isn't space to have a towel bar. Its sturdy, nice looking and worth every dollar I spent. It took less than 15 mins to build and didnt cause me any trouble.

Just what I needed

Our bathroom is pretty small, and I don't want to install towel bars in the wall. This was a perfect alternative, it works great, and looks amazing with the vintage vibe we have in our old house.

De resbalan las toallas. Mi mamá tiene uno padrísimo solo le pones la toalla y como que se queda por la inclinación del toallero. En éste no, por lo que no me resultó funcional.

Does job, make sure to check dimensions

I got it because it was one of very few over door towel racks that had varying depths for each towel (so they don’t touch each other). The lowest level is a little too deep to let me open my bathroom door. I think all three levels could be slightly closer to the door. It does the job. Feels a little pricey for what it is.
