Fabulous when not broken
I love these soufflé dishes. Just the right size, easy to clean, they stack great. I would have given 5 stars but one arrived broken in the box. Now I have to try to find one matching dish - which won’t be easy.

Different size (smaller) than described.
I wanted a 16 oz. dish to warm and cook small portions in. This item is described as 6 inch diameter with a 16 oz. capacity. What arrived was a 5 inch diameter dish with a 12 oz. capacity. I would have returned it, but the size I originally ordered was listed as currently unavailable with unknown future arrival. I decided to keep this size, as the quality is good and it might be useful for some things. But it's disappointing to not get what I needed. I would have preferred the company just telling me the product is no longer available rather than sending me a different size.

The right size for many applications at a reasonable price.
There are 2 reasons I did not give this a 5 star rating. I think the Ramekin/Souflle Dish could be a 5 star product, but I was misled by the description showing 3 of the items. It could very well be fully my mistake for not paying attention when I purchased this item. But, now I see you can get 4 for around $25 dollars instead of one for around $10 dollars. The size is perfect for MANY different dishes, and so far (about 10 uses over the course of a few months), it has not had any problem with oven heat up to about 400 degrees and the quality seems very good. I would suggest you get 4 of these for the lesser "quantity" price and use them to serve many side dishes such as creamed spinach or soups along with a sandwich. I haven't tried making a nice French Onion soup with broiled cheese on top, but I don't think there would be any problem with the broiler heat. Sixteen ounces is typically smaller than most people would think until you get older and maybe eat smaller portions (I am 52). But, I think it is useful to have the 16 ounce version and some 8 ounce versions of this Ramekin for many other purposes such as sauces, etc. Overall a high quality product and possibly a 5-star product except for the confusion of quantity in my order.

Smaller than expected
A little smaller than expected and for some reason I thought I was getting more than one. Quality looks good but if I were to buy again, I'd probably only pay half the price. $6-7 is just not worth it for this tiny little thing

Great Ramekin/Souffle Dish
Exactly what I was looking for and in the correct size. It's hard to find 16oz ramekins, strangely. Every single one of the low reviews indicates that they thought they were getting more than one item when they ordered. Perhaps the description and pictures have changed because it's very clear you are ordering one. Good price and good quality ramekin.

My fault for not reading the description carefully enough but 1 ramekin for >$20 does not make sense whether others on Amazon are close to that for a set of 5-8. Again my fault for buying but value for money is not here as there is nothing special about this Ramekin.
