Fun costume

Fit Pretty well. Corset kept sliding down. Fixed that with a few safety pins. Thin material-was not a surprise for an inexpensive costume. Was perfect for the costume party we attended

Awesome outfit for the price!

For the price I paid, this outfit is awesome. While it may be made of out cheaper material and yes, that material is hard to get wrinkles out of, I got it for under $20 and I can deal with it. While it did not state that this was a plus size when I ordered it, that is what I got, which worked out perfectly. I am 6' tall and it was long enough for me. The shirt is a bit short for my liking, but a tank top under it will solve that problem. I needed the outfit for bartending at a fair event that was old western themed, and I had 4 other girls working with me. We all ordered the same outfit and we are all different sizes and shapes and it fit us all! Can't ask for more than that! I read all of the reviews prior to buying, and was hesitant, but for under $20, you can expect real satin and lace. Again, for the price point, this outfit is awesome!

Good, but could be better

I really liked this costume, it was what I wanted (picture was really helpful). I am Pentecostal so I wanted something that wasn't too revealing but still fun, this costume did that with the longer hemline and sleeves. One thing that bothered me though was the corset, it wouldn't stay down so I was constantly pulling it down which then the straps would fall down my arms and was really hard to keep that under control, I eventually ended up just tucking the straps under the torso of the corset and tying the 'belt' around it to stay. Another problem is the bottom half of the shirt, it is not hemmed right and made of like a nylon, which runs when you have to tug it down (which I had to do repeatedly).All in all, love the costume but the corset and the runs made it really difficult.

GREAT BEAUTIFUL COSTUME!

What a great costume! I am a size 18-20, 5'3" tall and this fits well! After pressing it, it looks beautiful! The fabric is good quality and holds it's shape. By adding a few layers I can stay warm for the sometimes cold October nights. The skirt is knee length, not too short. I will wear a tulle slip to add fullness. The top is 2 pcs. The bodice is stretchy & soft with a red satin and black lace insert over the bust. The black velvet w red trim vest goes under the bust for support, the straps are heavy with elastic in the back and has a long velvet tie allowing for most any figure type. I will use the tie to add loops for a lace-up back. I can wear my regular under garment which is awesome! I'm all about comfort, got it hands down with this one! Appropriate for any function. Over all this is a great value for anyone who wants a comfortable modest costume that looks GREAT!

OK Costume

I researched this product a lot before purchasing it. I read sizing charts from multiple sites because I wanted to be sure it would fit. The costume did fit. I am a size 20-22 and carry my weight in my hips thighs and arms. The sleeves of the top were a little tight on me. This is something I run across on a normal basis. Like others mentioned the middle piece did not stay put and so I altered it slightly for a better fit. The shirt top itself I felt was a little short and I am a short person. Overall for the price I think that the costume was a good quality and I am happy with my purchase.

The costume is made nicely. I wear a 1X in tops and a 16 misses on the bottom. There's plenty of room in the skirt, almost too much. The top fit across the bust with a little room. I have large arms and the sleeves work well to cover your upper arm and are not tight at all. The corrset piece didn't fit right, so I'm altering it a bit. I'm making it more of a wide belt.

Itchy but cute!

Loved this it was for a work party but it was itchy that was the only bad part but I lived through it for hours!!! I recommend it!

I purchased this costume for Halloween. Costumes seem to be getting smaller and smaller so it's tough to find one in the store that fits properly. This one is perfect! I read all the reviews to try to determine if it would fit - I wear a 16-18 and the skirt and top to this fit really well. The "corset belt" fits a little awkward - over the shoulders and under the chest - but I can work around that. I took the advice from another reviewer and ordered a petticoat. I'm glad that I did - the skirt needs it!

Great costume!

Bought this for a old wild west themed murder mystery and it is a great bar girl costume. I'm a bit bigger than the plus size limit on this outfit but had no problem fitting into it. There are 3 pieces - a skirt, a blouse & a corset/apron/halter thing. Could not put the 3rd piece on without help but once on, it stayed on. Wore it for over 6 hours and it never felt uncomfortable. Oh, I forgot, there is also a head piece that I could not figure out how to put on so just left it off.
