As described

These are black on one side, silver on the other. They are pretty thin, but that's not a bad thing because it makes them easier to fold and maneuver in the hair. They claim to be food safe, but I'll stick to using them for highlighting.

Great to have for self highlighting your hair

These foil sheets come in a box with a dispenser type top...so easy to use if you are dying your hair at home or possibly if you are a professional. They are supposedly food grade according to the sales page, but I have not found any indication of that on the box itself. So I would not suggest wrapping your baked potatoes in these. They are thinner than that anyway. But at the same time, more pliable and don't rip so easily. Clearly they are intended for hair dying and highlighting. They are super easy to use. This is the first time I used foils instead of pulling strands out of a weird plastic bag on my head thingy. This is way easier, and I could plan it out better. See the the part in your hair and knowing exactly where you are highlighting makes the task far less daunting. The foils mold over the the highlighted sections really easily, and stay out of your way when you begin the next section. For home use, you probably don't need a box of 500, so make a plan with a friend or five to share this box! I also think these foils might be useful in crafting projects and could be cool texture fidget tool/toy. Just don't use them on potatoes or oven heated foods...the black side of the foils might be particularly risky in food situations since it is hard to know how temperature stable or if the color is something food grade.

Convenient Single Use Foil Sheet

These foil sheets are black on one side and aluminum foil color on the opposite side. If you fold back the tab on the top edge of the sheet, then each sheet measures exactly 5 inches wide by 10.75 inches long before use. The tab on the top edge of the sheet allows the sheets to be individually dispensed from the box, with the top sheet pulling the next one up to be dispensed. I acquired the sheets to use when highlighting my hair; which will take some finagling as my hair is longer than the sheets. Regarding the information that says these are safe for food - the ad listing says the sheets are made from 100% aluminum (but the box lists no such information), but I am curious as to what substance makes one side black? I may use these for food, but will make sure the food only touches the aluminum foil colored side. These are a nice convenient single use product that could have multiple uses, I just would like more information.

These foils are so pretty! They are nice and sturdy, and the color does not bleed when using chemicals. These are great for foiling highlights!!

Nice pop up box. Sheets are thin.

ForPro Vivid Black Embossed Foil Sheets These foil sheets are mainly used for hair color but the listing also stated they are food safe & even show a picture of a baked potato encased in the foil. They come in a very handy dispensing box (pop up) but the foil itself is pretty thin. You might have to double wrap for food items & remember they're only 5" wide so it would limit what you can use them for in the kitchen. But overall I think they're a great item & very handy to have on hand.

Fold and crease nicely, like the embossed texture with one side silver and the other black

These foil sheets come in a box with perforations on the top that was very easy to open. The opening is the perfect size making the foil easy to grab and I had no problems grabbing one sheet at a time. Each sheet is embossed with one side being silver and the other black which I really like especially when working with lighter hair colors. I didn’t have any ripping while using in hair and these sheets fold and crease great. The only thing I have to mention is that the measurements are not spot on, they box says 5” x 10"75” but they are 4 3/4” wide and about 10 1/2” long. It doesn’t bother me at all since it’s not a big difference, but just wanted to note for others. Overall, they are working great for me so far and I would still recommend.

The pop-up part is nice. The foil is kind of a medium thickness, it’s not so thin it tears easily. I have used dollar store foil and this is thicker than that. Installation/setup: Open top on perforations, pull foil up for pop-up. Take foil sheet, use as needed. Final thoughts: I got this to use for covering my wire sculptures with foil to bulk them up for covering with paper mache clay or more standard clays. It’s a lot less expensive to sculpt when your armature is closer to your finished product. This works great, especially for smaller projects. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

For food and hair

So these are good for me laying down the extensions i have and coloring them and they are double sided so one is silver and the other is black. But i will actually be using these for food purposes to. They are thick and strong not flimsy or smooth either.
