Came off right away

Was so happy to order these for wearing at a wedding. I almost never wear dresses and heels but plan to for a wedding I’ll be attending soon. I bought some heels and even though they were brand new, I wiped the bottoms with rubbing alcohol and wiped dry to make sure these adhered to the soles as well as possible. Wore them once to the tailor to get dress hemmed to go with the shoes. One week later walked out in the shoes with these stuck on the bottom from the week before and they came off before I even got in the car. Was planning to gift some of these along with other foot petals products but now I’m reconsidering.

Saved me from falling on my butt!

I work in a medical facility, which means two things: I need to be dressed up at all times & I need to be able to move fast on slick linoleum floors. Every time I buy a new pair of shoes, I try to wear them as-is and I end up almost falling on my butt. And every single time, I come back to this product. I think they're on at least 6 pairs of my shoes and I'm about to order more. Some reviewers mention them coming off, but I have never had this problem in the 2 years I've been using this product. To get the best possible performance from this product, make sure you place the sticker ON THE PLACE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY CONNECT WITH THE FLOOR. It doesn't work as well if you put the sticker in the center, because most people put more pressure on one side of their foot. To find this spot, walk in the shoes on a slightly rough surface (clean concrete works well) and place the sticker over the spot that is scuffed.

Only ONE pair in package - not two as listed

I got these for use on two pairs of fancy, slick soled 3+ inch high heels. it doesn't matter how gorgeous the shoe is if you are slipping all over the floor. For the simple purpose of adding some traction to the bottom of the shoe, these sole pads do their job. The key here is to make sure the bottom on your shoe is VERY CLEAN and has a tiny bit of scuffing started before you stick these on. The third thing is to stand and walk in your shoe and know where your foot puts the most pressure - then apply these to that spot. The two star deduction is simple... this package is listed & advertised as having two sets of these anti-skid patches, one in black and one clear. In fact, only the black pair is in the package! Only one pair for this price is a rip off. I am not returning them because I need them tomorrow for jury duty. (Jury duty is tedious, but that is no excuse for ugly shoes. LOL)

Grips for life!

These shoe sole grips are the best! I absolutely love that they come in a 2 pair pack and in the clear and black colors. I have always used these shoe sole grips for all of my heels to add that extra security, because you never know when you'll need to walk on some slick floor and almost bust your bum... That's happened to me a few times and now I don't wear a new pair of shoes without them! Just apply the grips on the center of your soles and you're good to go. They don't peel off, but will after constant use, of course. They are pretty cheap and worth the purchase.

pretty good

I added these to the soles of some formal high heels for more grip. They stuck to the sole of the shoes very well and have not started to peel at all. Overall they functioned pretty well, but still were a tiny bit more slippery than I would have liked--I was dancing on polished cement and I would have liked a little more traction. However, they made my shoes way better than they would have been without their application. The clear was nearly invisible on the soles of my shoes. Overall, a pretty good product.

Not the best quality, but worked for awhile.

I bought these for a pair of heels I own that don’t have any tread on the bottom. They were easy to put on and did the job great ... for about two months. The adhesive wears off of these relatively quickly, so if you’re looking for something for daily use these aren’t it.

great for general use, not that great for bike commuting

I know -- not necessarily the intended use, so I still give these 4 stars. I bought these to protect some of my (cheaper) flats from the daily grind of my bike pedals, which have somewhat spiky platforms. I bike for ~40 minutes total each day, and these came right off after a few days' wear...though maybe it's a testament to their toughness that they lasted even that long. They're completely functional for everyday walking, but I just wanted to share this in case any other cyclists were considering them for that purpose. :)

Very useful and confidence boosting.

Worked perfectly for my shoes at a wedding, I was worried about slipping and making a fool of myself as I do not normally wear heels that are as tall as the ones I put these on. But having tried them on before I arrived with the non slip sole stopperz I felt confident walking all day. They are easy to use and not at all obvious while you are walking around. I have told lots of people to buy them after that day!
