Cleared my tank after 5 days but need to use 1/2 bottle
The media could not be loaded. I followed the directions in the bottle for 4 days and did not get any result with the recommended dose . On the 5th day I decided to just pour in the remaining half of the entire product, also poured some Seachem Stress Guard to protect my fish and then I threw away the sponge from my HOB filter and replaced it with quilt batting that is available at craft stores. You get a lot of it for very cheap price and I like it because I can cut it to whatever size I want. I doubled up the size of the sponge that was previously in my HOB aqua clear filter. I’m glad my goldfish tank is now clear. But I don’t know if it’s because of the filter I now use or because of this (not) so ‘quick’ clear product. Maybe a combination of both. Good luck.

This stuff works - FAST
Big fan of this water clarifier. I do water changes/cleaning every 2 weeks and the water is usually losing some of its sparkle by then. After about 2 hours of using this, my water is sparkling clear.

More excellent fluval products
I left a positive review for some other fluval products, and I'll do the same here. It's the only brand I'll use and it keeps my tank water in great shape. I have the whole fluval line and trust their products for my silly fish.

HAPPY COULDLESS AQUARIUM!!
This aquarium Fluval water treatment did everything it said. It did clear up the Cloudiness in a short amount of time, as said. The directions are easy to follow and quick to do. For me, it is amazing because I didn't have to do a full tank cleaning just replace or wash out the existing filter. This really works!!

Does Not seem to work at the recommended dosage
I used this alone at the recommended dosage and didn’t notice any difference. My water is not bad, just not crystal clear. When I up the dosage significantly and use in combination with another brand clarifier, my water is crystal clear within an hour. This is not a recommendation to do what I did, but only to share what worked for me.

Very pleased with this product & would highly recommend
We bought this product on the recommendation of our aquarium store owner and it was AWESOME how quickly this cleared our cloudy water problem. It really was amazing that by the end of the 3rd day the tank was completely clear. When we cleaned our filter and the polishing pads there-in we were amazed at the amount of gunk this product aided our canister filter to pull out of the water. I highly recommend the product, it is worth every penny we paid for it and I am so thankful our aquarium store staff knew their products so well and told me just what to order (they did not stock it but he wrote down the name of the product). We had made an error in the type of light to put over our newly set-up 93-gallon aquarium. We purchased a 1,000-watt plant grow light thinking it would work well because our tank is heavily planted. Our aquarium store staff was very kind and kept the laughter to a minimum. Within a couple of days with this light, we had a tank which resembled split pea soup! To get rid of the water bourne algae we bought a UV Sterilizer, however, we were left with quite a bit of very small debris which our canister filter was unable to remove. This product worked so quickly that within 3 days our tank was clear and when we cleaned the canister filter we were amazed at the amount of gunk this product assisted our filter in getting rid of. The polishing pads had to be completely replaced after only 3 days there was that much. Without this product, I think we would still have a problem with cloudy water. I will keep this on hand for if we ever have issues with cloudy water in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful product and the sped with which you got it to us.

Do you want clean clear water?
I love this product!! I’ve been purchasing it for years!! My local pet store stopped supplying it because I was the only person buying it but I can tell you this stuff works you put it in your tank and within a few hours your tank is clear it doesn’t matter if it’s food residue algae fish poop or just elements in the air. It takes it all completely away. I have a 75 gallon tank and 150 gallon tank and I pour the whole bottle in and it works wonders I’ve tried to measure it and do that but for me it doesn’t work because I have turtles and fish and one aquarium and all Koi fish and smaller type fish in the other you also have to buy with it the fluval water polishing pads they’re white and the black one that’s cut in half if you use the system no matter what filter you have you will have Clearwater. In one aquarium I have two canisters and one that hangs off the back and each filter has the white polishing pads and the black pad in it and let me tell you I am so pleased I found this system. So if you’re struggling with dirty water cloudy water try this you will not be disappointed and it’s way way way cheaper than going to Petco Petsmart or your local fish store.

I could not clear my TANK! Well it works and didn't kill my fish..
So I have used this as instructed in my tank, I have kept fish for almost 20 years and I just moved house, a tank of mine (see picture of now clear tank) would just not clear, I had done multiple water changes, I had reduced lights, changed filter. I did water tests and all the parameters were fine. Basically everything I could think off I did, I am very careful when adding chemicals to tanks as the last think I used (not related to this) wiped out all my shrimp. So it was like a milky cloud, in my opinion it looked like a bacteria bloom. I thought it was the tank cycling as I have a fully planted tank might just be taking a bit longer. 2 months passed I still could not fix it, you could not see more then 2 inches into the tank! So I bought this stuff, I was worried when I read the reviews and some people said there fish died. I don't know if with more sensitive fish they might but I have not lost 1, and I have aboht 50 shrimp on my tank they are also very happy. I used the treatment for 3 days until the tank was clear and it seems to be steady now. Very happy with the product!

Absolutely delighted customer
I have had trouble twice with a really cloudy freshwater 90L tank. It was that bad that you could hardly see the fish. I had tried Clarity the first time which was not bad but after couple of days water was still not clear. With this stuff I put in the required amount and within a couple of hours my tank had started to clear again the next day as stated within the 24 hours I treated the water again and within 2 hours I could not believe the difference my tank has never looked like this since I have had it which has been 7 months now. I can't stop looking at it the water is crystal clear. I did read all the reviews but to be honest I was not expecting the result I got. Would recommend this product everybody out there who is experiencing problems with cloudy water. I know I will be using their products for all other stuff I need now.

Will not treat bacterial blooms, will instead cause a nitrite spike and kill your fish.
Will not treat baterial blooms and will dirtrupt your cycle. I was experieced a bacterial bloom after my tank completed cycling. I read online this would help clear it. It did not! Instead It stalled my cycled tank and killed all my nitrifying bacteria. I had a huge spike in nitrites and my fish started gasping at the surface. I have been doing 50% water chages everyday to try keep the nitrites low while the bacteria recolonises. I only have the 1 tank so I cant move my fish to another tank while this is fixed. So far I have had 6 casulties. 1 catfish, 1 snail. 4 shrimp, likley more to come as my tank is plunged into an apocalyptic nightmare. Dont buy this to treat bacterial blooms, I now know bacterial blooms clear on their own as your tank finds a balance. Learn from my mistake.

Thank God for this stuff !!
Well I was about to give up, tried so many other products then read the reviews on this. I'd had a huge Algea bloom and couldn't shift it, couldn't see the other side of the tank let alone the fish. I have a 500 litre tank and tried this, the first day there was a slight difference, 2nd day I added some more as per instructions, still no difference.....about to give up hope then between 3/4 days completely clear.....couldnt believe it !! Deffo recommend but have some patients as it does take a few days

Killed 1/3 of my tank!
I used 15ml in a tank of 230 litres in accordance with the instructions. The water immediately turns to a milky kind of colour which I understand is normal. Unfortunately within 4 hours I found around 8 dead fish followed by a further 4 the next day. Could be entirely unrelated but it seems too much of a coincidence so be warned given the timescales! It's been an expensive mistake and I've thrown the rest of the bottle away!
