Omg this stuff
I was trying to figure out how to clean this brass that I’m using to make keychains. I was recommended this and holy crap does it work amazingly. In 1 photo I have it side by side, 1 clean and 1 still dirty. Then my 2nd photo is both clean. Like wow I am so amazed at how easy it is to use and how clean it makes it. I am so happy with it.

un believeable!
I have used this to polish a stainless steel revolver, it looks better than Nickle plated, it is super on clouded headlight, bird poop spots on the hood of my car, polished them right out, good stuff! might even work as toothpaste, some one else needs to try that.

Fantastic for brass and copper
My parents lived in Pakistan for several years and came back with hundreds of bass and copper vessels, pots, dishes, etc... I just inherited a bunch of them and many were in desperate need of polishing. Some had corrosion, dark spots, stains, etc... in addition to normal dark corrosion. For the tough spots I used Flitz's Brass and Copper Tarnish Remover spray. That stuff takes off the corrosion and stains beautifully. I follow up with this Flitz polish and it works beautifully. For brass with deeply incised designs, when I used Brasso, it would leave a light green residue in the lines which was unsightly. Flitz will leave a darker residue (unless I really buff it, then the residue is gone) which highlights the lines and enhances the piece. I tackle a section at a time, and ensure I have plenty of paper towels on hand. At first, it turns black, then as I rub and wipe off the polish, the dark hue gets lighter and lighter until the bright brass shines through. It's not effortless, but is much easier to use than other polishes, and does a fantastic job. The giant brass pot in the photo had old lacquer on it which had yellowed all over, and cracked and corroded in places. I took it outside and removed the outer layer of lacquer with paint remover, then used the Flitz tarnish remover spray to remove the final yellow discoloration and corrosion. Sprayed it off with my garden hose and dried it. You can see in the one photo where I on the one side where I had stripped off the lacquer and sprayed it with the tarnish remover, the surface was still spotted. So I followed up with the Flitz polish. and now it's all shiny while still retaining some of it's character. It was quite a job but the results are great. Highly recommend.

Cleans 304 Stainless (DeLorean) quite well
I usually rely on stainless cleaners that you would apply to a kitchen sink or fridge to clean my DeLorean - they do a pretty good job with light deposits, and apply a great shine, but struggle to clean off any contaminants, oxidization, hard water spots, or anything that's really 'stuck on'. I decided I wanted to see just how brilliant I could get the stainless steel body panels, so I went with Flitz, mostly because it was advertised as non-abrasive (and checking carefully showed that indeed it is). Flitz does what it's supposed to - it's a great 'deep cleaner', and easily took off hard water marks, oxidized contaminants (the black gunk pictured), and everything else - stuff all the previous stainless cleaners that I have used struggled to get off (if they got it off at all). I found that I had to use quite a lot of Flitz to do the job, but because it was so effective, I didn't particularly mind. The one area Flitz loses marks for me is in the shine/appearance department - maybe I was doing something wrong, but I didn't find it really left a 'mirror shine' - the pictures on Flitz's site of brilliant shine after polishing aren't what I experienced. The metal looked clean, but even after a buff, it looked a little dull. I followed up the Flitz with a traditional stainless polish/shine (Weiman's), and that did the trick. I worked section by section - polish with the Flitz, buff it off, apply Weiman's, buff it off. The result is the passenger door there - I might do it a second time, but it's pretty impressive, and the Flitz added a depth of clarity and shine to the stainless steel that a traditional stainless cleaner alone just doesn't. Four stars - one star removed for the fact that I don't really think Flitz is a 'shiner' so much as it is a 'deep cleaner'. I think for anyone that's trying to clean up metal that has oxidization or 'stuck on' marks that won't come off with a more gentle cleaner, Flitz is probably your best choice; with no physical abrasives, it's not going to scratch anything (unless you use a poor quality micro-fibre), and it really preps the surface for a proper shining product.

Worked like a charm
Ordered this to clean up some jewellery (watches mainly). Took a little bit of time to get them all polished up, but the Flitz worked as advertised. As other posters have said, start slow as this is removing oxidation as well as bits of metal to get the shine you are looking for. Since Flitz is a bit coarse in my opinion I used a finer polish afterwards to really get a good shine on the items I polished (but I am a bit OCD like that). Definitely will be using it around the house as I find more things to shine up!

Literally one of the greatest products ever. No seriously, I mean it. This is magic.
I can't put into words how much I adore this product. I use it to polish and repair many things, particularly musical instruments and related accessories. I've also used it for some rougher patches on my car, and to shine up some antiques. Every time I use it, I'm shocked at how well it works. I always keep a few containers of this stuff in my toolbox. This is perhaps the second greatest invention in all of human history; a close second only to the wheel.

I bought my first tube 25 years ago and still have 1/4 tube left .
A tiny bit goes a long way. This blue paste is the most amazing formula that cleans and polishes just about anything. The main thing I like is that it doesn't move material or scratch but will bring metals to like new condition. I cleaned my brass boot toe caps to a look better than new. The plastic headlights on my truck are new again. Dealers will charge you $50-100. Thank Amazon
