Good enough
If you’re familiar with the flexfit feel, this hat is a bit smaller than the L/XL fit. The two colors of brown on this hat clash more in person, especially in natural lighting. Picture for reference, though it’s a little more fatigue brown fabric and chocolate brown mesh in person than the picture captures. Also under the brim is light gray. Other than that, it’s a great price for a nice hat.

Affordable flex fit
I sweat through and fade PFG hats fast enough to need replacement far sooner than I’d like. These hats fit/look great and are very reasonably priced. I only gave four out of five stars because they ship in a bag without any protection to keep the shape in transit. I’ve ordered 4 and they all come a little bent out of shape. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient because I have to reshape them out of the package.

Small Issue with order cleared up quickly and reshipped
I ordered this Brown/Tan flexfit ball cap - but received a Green hat. Message sent to Seller was replied to quickly and a couple emails later I had the correct cap shipped to me. Thank you to the seller for your attention to Customer Service. The hat is of good quality and despite being a 1-Size fits most it fit my fat head (7-5/8) well even with a shaggy hair situation. I am happy with this quality product, their customer service, and the fit. I ordered another hat in Blue. Thanks.

Good quality just runs small

Not as small as I wanted.
I read reviews on this hat before I purchased and I am 5'5" and have a smaller head. Someone else had written a review that was similar in stature and I decided to purchase it. It is slightly larger and doesn't fit me well enough, but it fits my partner nicely. It is well made and looks good.

Would of been five star if the right colour had been sent or there was an option to exchange
Was shipped internationally, so took a couple weeks which is fine. When it arrived in Caramel instead of Cranberry, it lost some rating. When there wasn't an option to exchange for the right colour, it lost some more marks, and to return it would of required me arranging and paying international postage, so it lost a mark there too. Is quality product though if you get it in the right colour, and fits my awkward heard; so it gets a mark back for that.

Good look, tight fit.
I was hoping this would fit like a lg/xlg but was out of luck. Hat has a nice finish but it fits more like a medium/lg which doesn’t exist in any other brands I’ve tried.

Great hat if you have a smaller than average head!
I'm a smaller guy (5'3") with a smaller than average head. Most mens hats are a bit loose on me and don't look so great but this hat fits perfect. If you're also a little dude this is a great hat. But if you have a regular or larger sized head you're likely going to find this is too tight. Good hat for teens, women or small guys. Comfy, seems to be well made (no loose threads or other defects), looks good. I got the grey hat with black mesh and that colour combo looks good. Decently stretchy band inside, doesn't feel loose or saggy at all. Very pleased with my purchase especially for under $12CAD. Nice hat for the summer heat.

For larger heads
I have a 6 3/4 size head and the hat is floating a bit. I heated it for it to shrink and it fit just fine then
