Tutta la vita. Lunghezza: 40.

Makes Quick Work . . .
of small jobs. I'm 5'5" on a good day with a medium to small build, and have a host of skeletal issues, including arthritis; yet I can use this tool. That's a plus. For roots that go 6 - 8" deep, and that are a bit lightweight, this is my go-to tool. For things like thicker and more rigid roots I have to find something else. Like my husband, lol. Jokes aside, this will make quick work of dandelions, weeds, and small brush or trees (trimmed to the stump, that is). If the roots go much deeper than 8" I find I do struggle to pull them free so I just clip them off with my pruning shears and wait for them to come back, but hope for them to die off. For loosening soil this piece of equipment is sure to make the task a simple one. If you're smaller like me, you might find that standing on top of the claw and hopping a bit, or even rocking back and forth, may be in order. I've gotten pretty violent with my sheer will to power through. Not to fear, because this thing is rugged and will stand up to the abuse. I have even used my full weight and treat this as a lever for some of the tougher roots - I'm sure it's quite the spectacle for my neighbors. Rinse this guy off and keep it in a dry storage area to ensure it has a long life. Do wear thick shoes, just in case. If for nothing else, wear thick shoes so you have a solid surface to stand on as you're driving the claw into the ground. I used this, along with a pole saw, mini chainsaw, shovel, and rake to make trails along the perimeter of our yard where we left about 10' from the fence uncleared. The claw helped me significantly in my tasks.

Good Universal Tool For Loosening Sod, Dirt, and Gravel Areas
Very useful tool for loosening sod for replanting and weeds from gravel drive. It did take a bit of work on the gravel drive but did get the job done.

Hand tiller
Easy to use, is of fair construction, price is right. This was much cheaper in price than competitors, lacks a little in quality however it’s getting the job done. Fair product for fair price, overall I would purchase again.

Confusing description or incorrect product?
As others have pointed out, the product I received has tips that are closer to a spoon shape than arrows. I sent an email inquiry to Fiskars (they don't have a phone number listed on their website), asking for clarification. Perhaps these tips would be fine for penetrating soil, not sure. But, regardless, if this is indeed the product's intended design, it is a misleading description.

Sturdy
Very well made. I use it on clay soil and have no issues breaking it up.

Almost 5 stars!
This is a heavy duty tool with about 1" solid tubing. It should last a long time. I'm taking a star away for the shape of the tilling points. They're supposed to be pointed, but mine arrived with spoon-shaped tips. It still works very well, but I'll have to put it on the grinder to reshape the points a bit. All said, I'd still order it again due to strength of design. All the others I looked at had a three-part handle section held together by a single nut at both ends, which will weaken them over time. Price and design of the Fiskars makes it a first-rate tool.

Works as intended
I got this to aerate my compost bin and it works really well. It's light weight but excellent quality. The tines are coated and don't appear like they will rust any time soon. My only complaint is the contents of my compost bin get caught in the tines when I'm using it and I have to use a shovel to dislodge them, but overall I'm happy with it.

Tears up turf (in a good way)
I brought this after struggling to dig holes for flowers and new shrubs in my yard. A shovel could not break through the turf or our hard clay Va. soil (with lots of rocks) effectively and I ended up just planting flowers in what I could manage to dig and they didn't do well--too shallow of a hole. So I bought this and it makes it so much easier to rip through the lawn turf, and even stones do not halt progress. I highly recommend. It'll still take some muscle to get the work done, but I actually like that part of doing yardwork myself.

This has been a wonderful purchase. I have very heavy clay soil at my new house, and was having trouble breaking it up with a shovel. This cuts right through it with almost no effort. I also use it to mix in compost and soil amendments. It's very well designed: lightweight, but sturdy, and the option to step on the platform is great.
