Nice product but came dented

Metal bowl was slightly dented at the rim. Mesh lid does not fit properly. I am sure part of this is due to the damage to the bowl, but the mesh lid also seems to be warped. I worked on both and got them to fit a little better, but they are still not right. I would assume this is problem that happens frequently due to the thin metal despite being fairly well packaged - there was no noticeable damage to the packaging. Cover doesn't fit well unless you remove the handle on top of the mesh lid. Would have been 5 stars if the product wasn't damaged.

Super Pleased!

We are very pleased with this firepit. It didn't go together perfectly and we weren't able to get one of the screws to go through its hole because it was not aligned properly, but it is still very sturdy.

Great looking fire pit!

We haven't used this yet but we love the look of it. Nice size. The fire screen cover came punctured but customer service responded immediately and is sending me a replacement. Satisfied thus far!

Elemental pleasure

I love it. It took two orders to finally get one delivered, perhaps due to Christmas and covid. It arrived with one slight bump on the spark screen where a leg shifted in transit, nothing worth getting upset over. It is so beautiful. The color of the copper bowl adds a sweet gift of warm orange to the fire. Large sparks are safely contained. Small air holes in the base help keep the fire going. Some reviewers complained of loss of color on the copper, but I did not find this. It was altered, of course, and I washed off ash afterwards, but the warm copper remains. I am enchanted.

Wrong size cover!

The set came with a wrong-sized fabric cover. It totally doesn’t fit. (Made for a tall skinny column shape…probably it matches one of the manufacturer’s other products.) If you actually need a cover for your fire pit, don’t buy this set. The assembly was hard because the various pieces (of the legs and such) don’t fit together right and the screws don’t work (they wouldn’t tighten). I can't figure out how to contact the seller to ask for the right cover. Other than that, it seems like a decent product.

Better than expected!

I'm very happy I decided on this firepit. I purchased a firepit 2 years ago for $120 and the cover was poor quality, ripped almost immediately and so it did nothing to protect the firepit from getting rusty. The poker broke after a few months. I knew I wanted to replace it with a firepit that had a copper bowl that wouldn't rust and this one was priced right. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I was really impressed with the quality. The screen cover is solid with a nice ring at the top. The poker is very good quality and the cover is great. This fabric won't tear and it has a wide elastic hemmed into the bottom so it actually will stay on. A great looking firepit and well worth the price.

Rotted in one year

Really disappointed to use the firepit yesterday to find a hole in the middle of it. It's been kept under cover for the most part, but even then, I bought a copper firepit because I was fed up having to replace steel ones every year. I could have bought 4 or 5 steel ones for the price of this, and although it's not completely gone, it's on its way out now, so will maybe last twice as long. I expected a lot more for this price.
