Very bad design

It's badly designed product unless I got a defective piece. It doesn't matter how tight you screw the filer on the pipe, it just points down , may be due to weight or bad design. It's kind of useless if you going to use it for shower. Never seen any shower filter with that kind of issue. Update*** Philips cared about it and replaced my defective piece.

Eczema life saver

As soon as I installed this my eczema almost completely went away. I haven’t had a bad flare up since before using this product and I will update if anything changes.

Not as advertised

The body is heavier and the filter doesn't stay in place. I have to keep adjusting it.

poorly made

It took huge effort to open the casing to remove the caps on the filter. The filter cannot be removed from the casing, cap is still on the filter, thus not usable, did not bother to even install. Returning it immediately.

The joint is too weak

I set this up with a shower head. But the joint is too weak to stand with it. The head comes down all the time..

One test is taken from the water before filter, another - after the filter. Can you tell which is which? I can't either. But it looks really nice. Just don't test it. The test I used was https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R3EQ84S from the company who is in this business for decades and only does test equipment and chemicals.

Replacement indicater needed

It would be awesome if they added a indicater to the shower filter to show when it is time to replace. ( Everyone showers at different times and different uses and different amounts of water ) Great shower filter,, water is nice

Expensive Because you can use only three month

This filter you can use Maximum three-month, but I think little bit expensive now it’s £20 really expensive for this product, Previously, I was paid £15 something, Now it’s £20 something so it’s really really expensive

Works great (read below)

This is my second filter within about 4 months. It works great but be warned, if you go away for 2 weeks and don't follow the instructions, the filter is useless. When I came back from holidays my shower only ran boiling hot, even after shaking up the filters in the head and this unit. Installed this fresh filter and had zero issues so stick to the instructions and put the filter in the fridge ????

Great for heavily chlorinated water

I spend a lot of time in Egypt where the water is heavily chlorinated - think taking a shower with swimming pool water. Using the filter and subsequent filters has been a god-send. I no longer can smell the chlorine which comes out of the other taps. My hair breakage and loss is less and skin is no where near as dried out as before. It's very easy to install simply untwist the unit to open and pop out the old and stick in the new, twist the unit to close, run the water a bit and it's done. Would definitely recommend.

Great solution for hard water.

What a change!!! Every time I have a shower using this filter, my skin is much smoothier and it is not itchy anymore. I have sensitive skin. My hair is much softer and much shinier too. I am very happy with this filter and have been using it since last September 2020.
