I get lots of compliments!

This shirt is just about perfect. It was affordable, the pattern is fun, and the weight is not too heavy and not too lightweight. I get lots of compliments when I wear it because it's just an adorable shirt. My sole complaint is that the torso length is slightly too short for my liking, but that actual, ehm, "shortcoming" isn't enough for me to dock this any stars. I guess kids like things short these days whereas old tacky women like me want things to cover the tummy and booty. I love this top and recommend it to young and old alike. Be your crazy self and wear an animal print top from Amazon - you only live once.

No stretch

The reviewers who mentioned the lack of stretch is correct. I don't have particularly thick arms but I find the arms on both sizes that I tried, XS and S, to be too tight. It's hard to pull it above my wrists. Also, the length of the sweater is unflattering on my 5'2" frame. It goes covers my butt. I find that Amazon Essentials tops to be significantly longer than other brands. I have an Amazon Essential fleece half zip sweater that I donated because it was too long. For relevance, I have this issue with Gap tops as well (specifically the simple t shirts such as the perfect fit ones). I returned both XS because it felt uncomfortably tight around the sleeves and hips, and S because it was too baggy around the shoulders and chest, but the sleeves were still tight. For reference, I'm 5'2" and about 125 lbs.

Great quality!

I needed a plain sweatshirt so a friend of mine could make me a specific kind of pattern I wanted. It turned out great! I wear it all of the time. It washes well and hasn’t shrunk and is very soft! Would buy again for the next project.

Product Description not accurate.

The product was described as Terry cloth fleece. Odd. Customers' Qs & As clarified it was Terry cloth, not fleece. I ordered the top and pants expecting the fabric to be the Terry cloth. I was initially disappointed that it is fleece, not Terry cloth. Since it is primarily cotton, not primarily polyester, I will keep the pieces because I like the fit, the comfort, and I love the color.

Comfortable, but runs very small

I love the price point and how soft this sweatshirt is. I have two of these now and will probably order more in the future. I've tried this in my regular size (small) and two sizes bigger for a more relaxed fit. I much prefer the added room. These aren't super long, so if you're looking for a sweatshirt to CYA, I don't think this is the one for you. It's going to be a great sweatshirt to wear with shorts as the weather gets warmer. I even found that the size large fits over my 34 week baby bump, which is a positive! For reference I'm 5'2 and 140ish lbs pre-pregnancy.

Stylish sweatshirt

This sweatshirt runs TTS, if not a tad small, making it more of a fitted, polished look. That was the look I was going for so am very pleased. If you want a baggier more relaxed look, size up.

Muy gustosita

Sudadera de algodón con pelito por dentro. Es muy gustosita. Compré la talla XL y perfecta, pongo foto para que veáis como me queda. Mi problema es la barriga, me está bien de todo, pero yo quería que me estuviese más oversize para disimular la barriga, así que me quedé con esta y pedí también una talla más en otro color. La recomiendo, ya la he lavado un par de veces y no se ha desteñido ni ha hecho pelotillas. Pondré mis medidas. Espero que os haya sido útil mi opinión ????????

Just what I was hoping for

The fit as an XL is slightly loose and not too tight. It's just right, as far as I'm concerned. It feels incredibly soft inside and the seams are all excellently put together. As you can see in the photos from certain angles I look pregnant, but from most I just look like my squishy self so I'm quite pleased with how they look on my frame. It's not super thick though I wouldn't say it's thin either, it's lightweight while being ideal for keeping you warmer. The point is, I'm warm without sweating to death so I can wear this in multiple seasons happily. The inside softness does fluff off on anything you wear underneath and some types of leggings so don't wear a dark shirt underneath right off the bat. Maybe after a washing or two? I don't know how well it holds up to washing yet, but aside from removing it to do housework I kept it on all day and was super comfortable. I would 100% repurchase this...dependent on how it goes after washing. I also 100% would NOT trust it in a dryer. Both the navy with white stripes and white with navy stripes were exactly like the photo, clean, comfortable, and flattering.

Misrepresentation

The ONLY good thing about this is the colour, which is beautiful. This item is advertised as a "terry fleece" - which it is NOT! It is a sweatshirt, not very warm at all, has no give in it and for what it is costs far too much. Advertised as Amazon, this is total misrepresentation. If you want a fleece go for Mountain Warehouse. Amazon, you should be ashamed, the other item on order is going to be cancelled.

Too thin

It is for my daughter who is 14 years old. I received a 10% discount as a Prime customer so, I only paid £14.40. Does it look good? Yes. A bit too big comparing with other brands' XS. Will I buy it again? No. The reason is the thickness. This sweater is too thin. I could have gone to Primark to get a sweater. It will be slightly cheaper and slightly thicker. However, it is going to be good for summer night but not for late October winter time. Do I like it? Yes, but not for winter. I recommend they put "thin sweater" on the description. Will I return it? No. Just keep it till the weather better or get a thick coat for my daughter.

Terrible cut

I know you get what you pay for but honestly you still expect better than this. A size 16 woman tried on a large version of this jumper and was disappointed. The cut is way off, clearly cheap and poorly made. It's too tight on the breasts but has too much room on the shoulders. Good job it's just a lounging jumper for the house.
