Reinforce
My drug loves this toy. He's a super chewer. It would be nice if the nose was reinforced. My gdog on the other hand loves it and hasn't shredded his yet.

Didn't Last Long
I bought this because my 9 year old Shih Tzu loves the ones just like this from Meijer. This one is longer than those which she doesn't mind but one of the squeaker came not working the best. After only a few minutes of play (she doesn't have the strongest bite anymore and she is always gentle with her toys) and neither of the sqeaukers wouldn't squeak anymore. Super bummed.

Dog loves it
My dog loves this toy and only has one small hole so far but for heavy chewers I don’t think it would last long. I will still probably buy her another when this one wears out????

My dog loves these Skinneeez toys! We have bought her several because she loves them so much. She walks around with one in her mouth like it's the best toy ever. We play fetch with it and she runs back squeaking it with excitement! She is not an aggressive chewer but she does chew on them a little and they hold up pretty good! I just ordered two more that arrived today. The duck has a defect. The squeaker in the body of the duck barely squeaks, she can't get it to squeak with her mouth. The head/neck still squeaks though. I think we have bought 5 of these and this is the first one with this issue. I am sure I could return it for another one but I have already given it to her and she has laid claim on it. :)

Holding up well after a month & priced right!
I read the mixed reviews & took a chance on this. I am glad I did. My 11 lb Chihuahua mix loves it and so far it has lasted (mostly). I suggest cutting the eyes off. I found after a month 1 eye was missing, so I removed the other. My dog is a strong chewer & goes to town even on his over-sized nyla bones. He has played with the squirrel every day for over a month & only just now chewed a small hole in the nose. I sewed it up with a few stitches last week and so far so good. For the price I paid, I am very happy with this toy. He has destroyed many other toys in only a few days (tennis balls on ropes, etc.) but this 1 is holding up so far and is 1 of his favorites. He plays with it several times a day. He loves to chase it & make it squeak. Attached is a photo of it's condition on 2-8-15. He got it on Christmas day. I like that even if he does make a hole in it, there is no stuffing to come out. It's body has 2 large squeaker sections inside & an empty tail. Hope that helps.

BEST DOG TOY BY FAR!
This is my little Hugo's favorite toy by far! We found one in a little shop in Chicago and my little Yorkie just loved it. The squeaker wore out so, I had my daughter (who lives in Chicago) go back there and by the rest in the shop (only a couple left) because I couldn't find any here locally in Nebraska. After about a year of playing with them daily, they eventually all wore out, and I couldn't find them at any pet store or in the little shop in Chicago. Finally I googled a description of the "ducky" and found them on Amazon. Hugo has a basket full of all kinds of toys, but he always hops in the basket and digs out the "ducky". He can squeak it easily and the shape is very easy for him to get a grip on, also the texture is very appealing to him. Many times I will be working in the office and have to get up to see if he is actually squeaking it or if my husband is. It's always the dog. I would recommend this product to everyone! Even though the squeaker is always the first to go, it lasts fairly long considering all the use (and abuse) it gets. The duck itself has never wore out or fallen apart. I hope they always make them because it makes my little friend very happy!

Not for super chewers
I do believe the overall quality of this dog chew toy is good but it is not meant for super chewers. Our dog destroyed it within 15 minutes, but had fun doing it.

both like these and one adores these
We have two dogs, both like these and one adores these. Of the Plus design, we have penguins, squirrels, and racoons. Of the three, the penguins are by far the favourite (mine is not to reason why!), so I have bought repeats. The fabric isn't as thick and plush as one might expect, and the dog who loves them does chew through at weak points (feet, etc.), but never totally destroys them in a hurry, and does keep squeaking them like crazy. In addition to these, the other stuffing-free toy he loves are from the Kyjen Invincibles range. He also loves Kong squeaker tennis balls, but I find these last hardly no time at all, and worry about the finish of the balls wearing the enamel on his teeth.

My dog loves squeaky toys but unfortunately destroys them very quickly. I got him this one because it doesn't have any filling which makes it less dangerous. Unfortunately it didn't even last 5 minutes before he had bits torn off and the squeaker was visible.
