Manufacturer Needs To Work on Stability
Just installed this on 1/26/23 and let a mechanical engineer give you my opinion. It works great. Regardless of the stability I'll give this a 5.0 star because I had the extra hardware to fix it. Just had my 85 year old mother on it and the distance from the top of the toilet seat to the handle is just right. She struggles with upper body strength and it now able to sit and stand, unassisted, to get to her walker. Mounting the seat was easy. Here is the problem. The screws are metal and metal and porcelain don't mix. I suggest a plastic sleeve that the screw can insert into (needs to be a thin wall plastic sleeve) to protect the toilet from the screw. If the seat shifts the metal screw could contact the toilet and crack the toilet. This sleeve needs to be able to be cut to allow for different thicknesses of toilet. I plan to use some clear rubber tubing from Home Depot. You can't get the screws tight enough to prevent the front end riser that contacts the toilet from sliding. I just happened to have a thin sheet, 1/8" thick, of Viton rubber. I cut this rubber to fit between the plastic riser and the toilet to give it some friction to stabilize the front end. This really helps. I will eventually epoxy the Viton piece to the plastic riser to it won't fall in the toilet. When you tighten the screws it broke the plastic piece that my toilet seat has. I had to remove it, place a large metal washer under the slotted toilet piece, I then placed a plastic washer between the metal washer and the plastic riser, then tightened it up. This gave me more bearing area and prevented my toilet piece from squeezing into the slot in the plastic riser. I needed more surface area to tighten against. I have an elongated toilet and my toilet seat is a Chlorox brand from Walmart. The crack did not completely break the portion on the toilet seat. If there were some adjustable "U" shaped devices that could mount to the bottom of the plastic riser and fit around the toilet rim that might help to keep it from sliding. However, keeping that clean may be an issue.

Works great
I am on my 3rd hip replacement since 2020. This is a lifesaver for me. My home health nurse originally suggested thus for me in 2020 in which i purchased it. It was east to instal and clean. I three away the other one after my second hip replacement thinking i was done. Nope had to have revision surgery this past january and i came right back to this exact riser. I feel safe and stable on it. I would highly recommend.

Does Not Properly Adjust & Slippery
LIKES: 1. It adds the needed height for those that need it. 2. It's easy to install. 3. A toilet seat can be added on top. DISLIKES: 1. Even though there are 2 holes for the button adjustments for the arms, it only adjust to the first hole. This was EXTREMELY disappointing, as I have a small bathroom and needed one side to adjust further in so as to not be flush with the mounted tissue paper holder. No matter how I tried, the arm does not go into a locking position for the 2nd hole, as there is not enough depth which is a design error. Therefore, I have to purchase a free standing tissue paper holder for a bathroom that is already size challenged. There shouldn't be a 2nd hole if it is non-functioning. Anyone else? 2. The plastic against porcelain is slippery. The design should have soft pads underneath to provide stability. WORKAROUND: I added 4 strips of Velcro underneath and it took care of the slipperiness. ???????? Side Note: You can purchase a riser at Walmart directly $42; however, it does NOT allow for a toilet seat on top, it does NOT slide when set upon, but will rock from left to right, AND most of all, it adjusts to the 2nd locking position ???? which is a huge plus.

Adds height to stool
When I bought home, it had one but it wore out and I had to replace. It works fine. I got used to the extra height and didn't want to give it up. Hard to install but glad I have it.

It works well.
There are a few minor problems with this product. It wiggles a little on the toilet base. I used two 2 inch straps of velcro stop this wiggle. The inside edge should be turned down with a drip strip all around. I am using waterproof tape all around to prevent minor moisture against the porcelain base. Strong, safe and effective. I am 200 pounds and have polio.

Just as described and performs well.
Riser has a large center opening making cleaning of interior and toilet bowl easier. Height should work for people 5 ft 6 in or more. Since you add a regular toilet seat it is more comfortable than a molded in seating surface. A little challenging to find the appropriate toilet seat since the bolts supplied are larger than can be used with many of the seats you find. We found the American Standard MityTuff works very well. That seat is supplied with plastic bolts which are larger than typical metal bolts on most seats. The seat accepts the the larger bolts supplied with the riser.

Útil pero le falto!
El asiento es práctico no ocupa más espacio de lo de la taza y fácil de instalar, lo malo es que en la parte inferior debería de ser más pronunciadas las guías de la taza ya que se mueve y hay que volver a apretar constantemente para evitarlo.

Lo compramos para mi abuela que ya esta muy mayor de edad y le ha funcionado bien. Es facil de instalar y encaja sin problema con él inodoro. Se mira que es bastante resistente y dice mi abuela que esta comodo

Incompleto
Todo muy bien, salvo que si no viene el producto completo, es imposible de instalar. En este caso faltan las rondanas, los tornillos y mariposas respectivas para afianzar a la tasa del baño. Exijo una solución pronta.
