Great pocket flashlight, but don’t expect good batteries.
Pros: - Seems very durable - Two brightness settings - Decently bright - Fits in my pocket - Rubberized button cap on the butt end (instead of on the side) - LED for long battery life (rated at 50 hours at the low setting) Cons: - The durability makes it a little bulkier than older models, I would imagine that they could have taken a little off the girth and the length, but hey it’s like ten bucks - The low brightness setting may not be bright enough for some people - The difference between the brightness settings is dramatic, the bright is fairly bright while the low is fairly dim - The click button doesn’t have a memory and cycles through the two brightness modes instead of staying on the one you want like some other inexpensive flashlights I own On the whole, it’s a decent little flashlight. I’m not stoked about it, but it was cheap and does what I need it to and fits in my pocket. I’ve been surprised with energizer recently, as their quality in the past has been hit or miss, but I’ve bought a couple headlamps and a couple flashlights from this brand lately and I really like them, especially for the price point.

great pen light, mostly
I love these, had a couple that I've used for years and there's a couple quirks that you need to know. I think they're the perfect brightness for most applications, IE if you're trying to find something in the dark without trying to blind you. Best for about 6 inches to 10-15 feet max. It's not a pin point focus light. It has a wide angle that throws, but because it's 30 lumen it works really well. You may get flickering or rattling. The spring inside that presses against the batteries on the top might need more spring tension. This can be the cause of rattling too. I found one sticky note wrapped around both batteries and then inserted into the flashlight stops the rattling. The clip (more specifically the plastic housing it sits into) sucks. If it keeps coming out just put some super glue on it and stick it back in and let it sit and that should fix it. I prefer this light over ones that cost anywhere from 3 to 10 times more than this one and the AAA pen sized form factor is perfect.

Bright and compact
Use it in the medical field and this light is not only bright but is easy to disinfect with wipes and very durable. Great little pen light!

Perfect for specific jobs.
If you're looking for a flashlight to light up a room or light something 100 yards away, this isn't for you, but if you need a small flashlight that isn't the 4 inch, thick, cheap kind that's a pain to handle, this is it. Easy to manipulate in your hand, light, fits comfortably in a chest pocket. Love it.

Prefer Rayovac for travel; the Energizer is more powerful, but the design is not optimal
When I travel, I pack pen lights because they can clip into back packs and take up little space. For years, I've used Rayovac pen lights (Rayovac Value Bright 3 Lumen LED Pen Light with Battery (BRSLEDPEN-B ). I wanted to buy a couple of pen lights for my parents who were going to be traveling and so I bought two of the Rayovac lights and an Energizer LED pen light (ENERGIZER PLED23AEH LED PENLIGHT ); I'd never used the Energizer option. Both lights have pros and cons, and many of the pros are the same. Energizer LED pen light (ENERGIZER PLED23AEH LED PENLIGHT ): Pros: 1) Has a small footprint, 2) has a clip so that it can be affixed on to a loop in a pursue or backpack, 3) has 15 hours of battery life, and 4) the light is 21 lumens and extends far out in front of the user (the box says 23 meters). Cons: 1) Uses two AAA batteries rather than one battery, 2) the cap is more prone to harder to screw on correctly, 3) the unit is more expensive than other pen lights, and 4) the cap sometimes spontaneously unscrew. 5) The biggest issue for traveling? At the end of the pen light, a bit of glass extends beyond the light's body. I haven't tried dropping the light on concrete, but I would hazard to guess that glass impacting concrete, cobblestone, or brick wouldn't be a good thing. Rayovac (Rayovac Value Bright 3 Lumen LED Pen Light with Battery (BRSLEDPEN-B ) Pros: 1) compact, 2) has a clip so it can be affixed to a loop, 3) uses one AAA battery, 4) cap is easy to screw on and off, 5) cap stays securely affixed even during movement, 6) the 3 lumen option is one of the most economical pen light units available, and 7) all glass/light components are safely surrounded by the pen light's body. Cons: 1) Short battery life (5.5 hours according to the box) and 2) the light is 3 lumens and more suitable to illuminating the space immediately around a user rather than far in front of a user. When I travel, I care more about not falling on my face. The Rayovac fulfills that purpose and I don't have to worry about a glass tip breaking in my back pack or luggage or cracking if it falls on a hard surface. I like the screw top cap better on the Rayovac as well - it is easier to secure and stays affixed. The short battery life on the Rayovac is a bummer. The Energizer's power is great when compared to its size, but I really hate that glass extends beyond the unit, which admittedly does allow light to dissipate. I do love the longer battery life on the Energizer as well. However, for my purposes, theRayovac Value Bright 3 Lumen LED Pen Light with Battery (BRSLEDPEN-B is the option I will continue to use unless I have a need for a light that extends far in front of me during travel.

A whole lot better than nothing.
When in the dark, a whole lot better than nothing. Too cheep of a construction for the Bunny! Shame! I got used to always having a cheap Chinese imitation in my pocket, that lasted six months. This was a replacement for it. Three more Chinese imitations would've been a better value for the same money.

On/off button switch broken
It took me a long time to make this review. First ai thought that I just forgot to turn off the penlight. I changed the batteries, then one day, on a very stressful time in ER, the battery was drained for unknown reason. I’m very disappointed.

Calidad regular
Por el precio se pueden conseguir este tipo de linternas de mucho mejor calidad. Alumbra medianamente pero no alumbra un espacio específico como las linternas de inspección. No lo volvería a comprar.

Producto regular per hay mejores y alumbran con mas fuerza
Producto regular a malo, el primer mes muy bien pero despues ya hacia falso contacto y alumbraba muy poco y mejor arregle la anterior que tenia y ya no la use.
