Works well, but water overflows with lid on
Works well, I like the auto warm feature after it cooks. However, I took off one star because while cooking rice repeatedly, the water boils over or overflows while the lid is on, so don't leave the pot alone or unattended while cooking rice the whole time. The tiny hole on the lid doesn't help. I had to tilt the cover or sometimes take it off to avoid the overflow of bubbling up water while it cooks rice. Despite this hiccup, I like this cooker and found it to be a powerful little cooker for cooking veggies etc.

Generally a good product
This unit performs well. It's quick and reliable. It does tend to brown the bottom of the rice, which my previous rice cooker did not do, but some people like that. There are only two down sides I've found. First, when running the pot through the dishwasher, a significant amount of water collects under the rim (which is upside down in the dishwasher) and splashes everywhere when you pull it out. Second, when using the steamer basket, even 6 cups of rice expands to press against the bottom, so 20 cups (the rated capacity) would not be an option when using the basket. I haven't tried 20 cups (that's a lot of rice!), but based on the size of 6 cooked cups, I wonder if 20 would expand to push the lid open. Neither of these is a deal-breaker for me, but others may find them a problem.

Easy to use but burns. Would not recommend.
The rice cooker is super easy to use and fast. But it burns the rice everyday, no matter how fast we remove if after it’s done cooking, if removed before it’s done cooking, the rice will come out hard and uncooked. I gave a few tries to see how it would turn out, but now I’m not able to return it. I would not recommend it.

The product is good with one small issue when you cook something additional water or steam is coming out from the top and it leaves a messy glass top

Tough to clean
The pan for the rice needs to be coated, rice always sticks making for a challenge to clean. Other than that it doesn't come much easier for making rice

Mixed feelings
This product has some pros and cons. Good things: 1. The size is perfect for a family of two. 2. The removable glass lid and pot helps in easy cleaning. 3. Tried cooking rice and was happy. 4. Easy storage. 5. Comes with a plastic spatula which is very handy. Not so good things: 1. The rice cooker goes on warm mode as soon as the lid is lifted. 2. You cannot cook or sauté veggies (like other rice cookers) if the lid is not on top. Which makes the cooking time longer. All in all I am still happy with the product and using it to make rice only. Browns the bottom!
I guess you get what you pay for. Overcooks the bottom of the pot, and it's a bear to clean!
