Such disappointment with MY lovely brand!
Delivery was fast, however, as you see on the picture, product got out of the bottle somehow, I have no idea, package is damaged…. Having this quality, I am going to return it, because who knows maybe it was opened and used by someone…..

Amazing Product
My older sister has extremely sensitive skin. She can’t wear any kind of sunscreen or most make ups without breaking out in hives. She always used the soothing chamomile cleanser by Elemis daily, however that has been discontinued. Well I found this product and got it for her for her birthday and she loves it! Not as much as the Chamomile cleanser but it still works and doesn’t cause her to breakout, and uses this daily without issues.

Leaves my skin clean and soft
Leaves my skin clean and very soft. My skin is sensitive and this cleanser can leave it a bit red at times. I am not fond of the fragrance while using, although it is not strong and does not linger.

I have been using Elemis Sensitive Cleaning Wash for 3 years now.
Unfortunately, it does not remove eye makeup but it makes your skin shimmer.

It is great!
I was unsure about the smell at first but it is all natural and I got used to it. Second it does lather in a different type of way and cleans my skin more than most cleansers but leaves NO tight feeling on the skin. I like that the cleanser clings to the skin so you can a good amount on the skin without it dripping off. It is different than soap more of a soap/gel..it's really nice. This is coming from a girl who has tried EVERYTHING!

5 star for cleanser 1 star for amazon prime delivery! ever seen this terrible service in my life ! Being said the cleanser for people who has sensitive acne skin, this cleanser is the best. I’ve used more than 10+ bottle in the past and I’ll keep using it.

Great, gentle cleanser for sensitive skin.
As a twice daily cleanser, this product works well for sensitive skin. Does not dry out the skin.

Great for sensitive, allergy skin
I was a bit concerned with buying this at first. I have very sensitive skin which is prone to hives (I'm anaphylactic) with combination skin, super dry across my cheeks/jaw but very oily on the t-zone. Previously I have used the like blossom cleanser which is now discontinued so I needed to change to something else. This lathers exceptionally well, two pumps is plenty sufficient, I could probably try getting away with one. The smell was a but of a shock at first but now I've been using it for a week I actually rather like it. I'm still using the lavender toner. Now my skin actually looks rather normal which is really something as it hasn't done that for years. The hives that were coming up are receding, it's not too drying and it does some serious control over the oils. I was concerned that it was a bit dry the first few times I used it but I know how my skin can freak out with anything new so I gave it the customary week and actually it seems brilliant at balancing it out, my skin feels very soft now too which is nice. I've been using it for two weeks now and I'm very impressed. It works incredibly well, although I would recommend a flannel for getting it off then rinsing your face with water as you are stood there for a while with just plain water. Providing they don't discontinue this one too I think I've found my match ????

Superb for sensitive skin
The fact I have bought this product twice now is testament to its quality. I have really sensitive skin and find this wash extremely gentle. The great thing is that it’s also a really effective cleanser. I just wet my face with warm water, put a pump of product in my hands, foam it up and then wash face - I wear light make-up including mascara everyday and it removes it all! Can’t advise on how it would cope with very heavy makeup. Also it smells luxurious and lasts ages!

Excellent value
A small amount goes a long way. I've recently changed my contraception so my crazy hormones have given me acne. Bought this as a recommendation from a friend. Its pricey, but I literally use two pumps morning and night and it foams up nicely. A nice scent. Doesnt irritate my skin or make it red after using like many other face washes. I'm being patient with it in terms of it clearing my skin but I love how soft it leaves it anyway

Excellent product but then at this price i expect it to be so. Does the job and does it very well. Does not leave the skin dry or tight. Opens up the pores with ease. I have used Elemis before and with the pump action on this item it makes "portion control" easier too. Would i buy again? Yes.

Bought this product for myself as I have mature sensitive skin , work very well and has a light scent , very happy with this product , would purchase again.
