Love it

Packaging was not the same as shown
I love this produce and it has really works for me. Would have given it 5 stars except this listing's pictures doesn't match what I received. Previous purchases have always come in a silver pump bottle like shown in the pictures included with this listing at the time of purchase. This is my first time ordering it through Amazon and what I received was a white squeeze tube of the product. The only difference in the label is that it also included the words "for professional use only". I find the pump bottle easier to gauge the right amount without being wasteful (and at this cost you don't need to be wasting it). I am sure I will learn to use the tube but will probably try to find the pump one for future purchases.

Best I have found
This is an awesome product. I have used many different products (all high-end) to help with fine lines on my neck and collar bone area before I found this one. (I am in my 30s with normal skin.) I have been using it for about 2 years now. My neck lines have gone away and importantly no new ones have come in. Plus, it does help maintain a nice even skin color with no age spots on my neck and collar bone area. It took about 2 months before I saw any improvement when I first started using this product so I did need to be patient. I use the product twice a day after washing my face and neck. Hope this review is helpful to others. Good luck fighting those wrinkles.

Greatest stuff on earth
This is the greatest stuff on earth. Got turned onto it while on a cruise. If you use it with Elemis Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Serum, 1.0 Ounce you see the years melt away. Used alone, you will see the skin on your neck tighten up. The more you use it, the longer the effect. I use twice a day everyday, and people say I look like 50 instead of almost 70. It really works. Try it for your self.

I am a 62 year old woman and have used many neck products. This cream showed almost immediate results AND does not feel greasy or heavy. It is a good tightener and protector for the delicate neck area and also moisturizes my upper chest, helping it recover from sun damage

It Works
It seems that most users were introduced to this product the same way I was. On a cruise. I'm 62 & this product is wonderful. I live in Florida & although I wear sun screen I still get sun damage. This product has done wonders for my neck & bust. It is so great that I now use the eye & face products from this line. Yes, it is more expensive than other products but a little goes a long way.

Not Elemis product inside!!!
I have been using this product for years, and have always ordered directly from the Elemis website. When it was no longer available, I started ordering on Amazon. Have not had a problem until now. I had a bit left, so I did not open the new bottle until this morning. The color, scent and texture is not the same. Its oily, tan in color and diluted. It slid right off of my hand. The real product is off white, lightly scented and creamy. It has never slid off of my hand. I am hoping to get a replacement bottle as the return window closed on 1/31/21. Lesson learned, open right away!!!!

Elemis Pro-Collagen Lifting Treatment does not lift
I had great expectations from this product, sadly they have not been met. I have kept a before and after photographs of my neck from day 1 to day 31 and beyond, there is no visible difference. The cream feels good when applied, it doesn't smell particularly pleasant, but the smell doesn't linger. I like other Elemis products, hence purchasing this expensive cream, but given the considerable prices associated with Elemis I expected to 'see' a difference using this cream and it simply isn't there. Save your money.

Elemis a winner for best neck and bust treatment.
I love this. I have used it for several years and have compliments that I don't look my age and I know that regular use has kept a lot of wrinkles at bay. I use twice a day, every day and it lasts quite a long time.

Highly recommended.
I got a sample of this product in an Elemis beauty pack and it is amazing. My neck and bust areas appear lifted and less crepy.The 25ml sample lasted 3 months as a little goes a long way.Well worth the money.
