Love it
Very mild but efficient. Not a heavy scent, and doesn’t dry out my face. I do use a makeup remover first, and it gets rid of any excess without any difficulty.

This facial wash is amazing!
I've always used Zest soap on my face until I went on a cruise and indulged in a spa day. When the lady was doing my facial found out what I was using on my face, she introduced me to this product. She said as we get older (I was in my late 40's), we need to use other things to protect our face. I was hesitant but decided to purchase this product. Well, four years later... I still use this product! It may seem a little expensive but it lasts a long time! Every time I was my face, it only takes a pea size of the facial wash to do the trick! And it leaves my face feeling fresh and smooth. I am not a loyal fan of this product!!!

Fantastic but smells like Play-Doh
The media could not be loaded. I have dry, sensitive skin and this face wash is fantastic ! I've ordered 3. Using once a day, each bottle lasted almost 8 months. I use two pea size drops on wet hands to apply, let it sit for a few minutes and then rub with water to lather. My skin feels soft and moisturized after each use. It smells like Play-Doh but that doesn't bother me. There is no seal on the inside of the bottle, but I've not had any issues with product leaking out during shipping.

Clean and refreshed
I have been using the elmis foaming face wash and moisturing cream for years. In my opinion it isn't harsh on the skin and it moisturizing leaves the skin feeling fresh and relaxed without a scent or lingering scent. I cannot speak to sensitive skin product. Do not use it.

A new ELEMIS fan
I bought this after trying some of my Mum's the last time I stayed with her. I didn't realise just how good it was until I tried to go back to my old (Ol*y) face wash and realised it felt thin and watery, and made my face feel extremely dry and tight. It made me realise how lovely thick and creamy the Elemis face wash feels, and how good it makes my face feel. It's pricey but I'm a fan.

FAKE product - had small hard beads in the face wash
PRODUCT IS FAKE- DO NOT BUY!!! I usually LOVE this face wash, it’s my holy grail, ride or die. I usually buy it from FeelUnique, Elemis or ASOS. However the price on Amazon was really good so I decided to purchase. BIGGEST mistake, the face wash had these tiny HARD beads in it (which it is NOT supposed to have as it is a cream cleanser) and was not a luxurious as every single other one I have bought from the above retailers. I do not know what this is but DO NOT BUY FROM this seller. The product is NOT authentic!! Had to throw away!

Nice Face Wash
I like this face wash because it’s kind on sensitive skin. Most other brands like Nivea tend to burn or sting but this doesn’t. I just wish it was a little cheaper, but I guess you pay for the brand. The face wash gets off a majority/most of makeup but still a little came off on my towel - (probably a good idea to take off my makeup before using it in the future) It’s quite a good size bottle and has a nice but subtle scent.
