Absolutely gorgeous but damaged

So I seen this lamp on Amazon and thought it was absolutely gorgeous but had debated buying it because there were so many negative reviews and a few positive I check the dates and some of them were dated back 2017. All I can say is it sounds like they have done a revision And packaged things differently and have much of it already pre-assembled with the crystals which are glass, not plastic it looks as though my box was tossed around pretty good through delivery, and when I went to open the box, it probably should’ve had cardboard protecting the top and bottom, because the frame of the lampshade is bent and is noticeable, and one of the crystals was broken in the package when I opened it up other than that it took me less than 10 minutes to assemble it and it is very sturdy and I had no problems at all. I would highly recommend this lamp as long as none of the pieces are damaged. I’m not sure how I’m going to resolve this since Amazon does refunds or replacements but I am not trying to take this lamp apart and try to re-box it to send it back. I would rather have a lampshade and a new crystal piece replaced instead, inside the bags of crystals, there were instructions very brief and on the back it stated that the company is located in New Jersey and you have to send them a letter in writing about the damages to your item and proof of purchase and they will repair or replace any items that is another option But doing it by snail mail instead of having a phone number to call might mean that it will take a while to get the pieces replaced. I am kind of disappointed for the price that the packaging was not better but had it been this is a beautiful lamp, and again I do believe it was Reconstructed or assembled better since all of the negative complaints I’ve read from prior years. I can also tell you it does not come with lightbulbs so you might wanna go ahead and order three candelabra bulbs in advance. Other than that it is gorgeous. I would like so much to see it with the lights on but at this point I don’t know how I’m going to get those pieces replaced because like I said I am not going to Take this lamp apart and try to piece it all together into the crumbled box that it came in. I shouldn’t have to do all that so maybe I will try to contact Customer Service and Person and see what they can do for me. They should really just send me a new lamp and be done. I hope this review is helpful.

Pretty will be getting something different

Although these are beautiful they are not good. No matter how u screw them together they still lean horribly. For the cost of these I could have purchase better quality.

Really cute but some design flaws

So Cute! Seems sturdy. I got the chrome with white shade to brighten up a dark walled office space and I absolutely love it! It would be 5 stars but it arrived with a bit of packaging damage (2 of the bulb mounts were tipped in and one of the bulb bases is still rolled) AND there are issues with the length of the crystal beads that are supposed to go from the center to each bulb (too short) AND there is no good way to attach the crystal drops to the bulb bases as shown in the instructions. All the crystals have a split ring for attachment. The center post has pre-drilled holes for the 3 long crystal lines, GREAT! Except they are too short and there are no other holes in the bulb bases (where you are supposed to attach these short chains and hang the crystal drops from). WHAT? You can "rest" the slip ring on the bulb base but they fall off if you need to move the lamp. I finally improvised and dropped the long chains straight down and attached the drops randomly to the chains. It's still cute. It feels very "Hollywood" to me and would be an awesome lamp for any lady's reading spot, dressing room, bedroom, etc.. I think it's a little short to be a main room's primary floor lamp. Much more suited for reading or as an accent.

Arrived with broken parts

So disappointed ☹️ To begin with my lamp arrived a day late. Opened up box and found broken parts, defective parts & missing pieces! So much broken up styrofoam that it’s going to take me a week to vacuum up every little piece. I took a chance even though a lot of the reviews warned me. The quality is terrible too— I can bend the “metal” with my bare hands. Now what? Take this thing apart, repackage it, bring it to a UPS location to return garbage? I’m livid ????

Wow! Glam look, super heavy and beautiful.

Being able to add in the photo to a room and get an idea of what a piece will look like is a great selling concept. The floor lamp looks exactly like the photo I took. Height and all. Except the one in the inserted photo was white and not chrome. But it did the trick. Now for the review. The lamp is actually better than I was expecting. It is super heavy and the chrome is beautiful. The shade is transparent and beautiful. Hanging the crystals are a pain and this iant the first ones I have done. It is because I cant see close uo as well but I made it. In the end, it was the finishing touch I needed. It is perfect. I dont see how you could be disappointed. Again, it far exceeded my expectations. If I need another color, I wouldnt hesitate to buy and would want this same exact one.

Elegance, style, & sophistication.

Delivery was fast. I was very surprised to see such a beautiful, classy, & quality lamp. It lights up my bedroom with added sophistication. The lamp was packaged very securely. It required a lot of work & a big hassle getting through the styrofoam, while unpacking it. It sits flat & sturdy on my living room wood type floor. It does not sit sturdily on my bedroom plush carpet . But, I truly recommend this lamp. It will make any room glow with elegance.

Was worth waiting. Reasonable price for product

Shipping was delayed but finally received after about in 3 weeks. Assembling was easy and took about 15 mnts. Not that sturdy but a very nice and cute addition to my living room corner.

Same model two different lamps

I purchased two of these lamps for a large Formal living room. They arrived the same day but were completely different. One had beautiful crystal dishes and hanging crystals and well made shade. The other, despite having the same model number was poorly made and had all plastic crystal and parts. I would say one was five stars and the other was one star. I fully recommend the crystal version.

Disappointed

The lamp shade arrived damaged as seen in pictures I took the pictures with the plastic protective film on so that there was no confusion on who damaged the shade the part where the metal is welded are not painted they are actually rusting and for 189 plus tax I expect perfection
