It'll work for it's intended purpose.

Overall it's okay. I'm a little disappointed as the craftsmanship could have been better. By this I just mean they didn't really seem to have preset holes lined properly, which means you have to work with it a little and just a bit more time consuming. Not major but definitely annoying. More concerned that two of the 3 trays came with sizeable cracks in them. I assembled it with the only good one on the top so they don't show as easily. It looks cute, but not sure not sure how long it'll last I'll update if any issues come up since I've just started to use it.

Poorly made product

Packaging was good and item arrived in bubble wrap and box. Opened package and inspected all pieces and saw that wood was splitting and also not fully attached on the one piece. Not sure if this occurred through shipping or not but based on the quality of the wood, I don’t expect it was anything major that happened. It is a soft wood that will easily split if given any pressure. Product assembled easy and in less than five minutes. Storage is another thing- a standard folder did not fit flat. I tried several. Aesthetics are fine and it looks good but I wojld not overall recommend this product. I opted to keep this rather than return or exchange because I’m not willing to wait as long as I did for this and I just need something.

Helping organize our family

The finished product is exactly what we expected. It is roomy enough for our rather undisciplined mail in a family with 3 adults. It looks nice and doesn't have a huge footprint. It wasn't hard to assemble, but note that it does have 12 screws. We are pretty happy with it so far.

Disappointed

I didn’t even attempt to put this together. I’m just going to return it before I even waste any energy on it. There are no holes in the wood so you have to use a power drill to drill the holes yourself. There’s a high probability that they’ll end up being unevenly spaced and make the shelves sit crooked. The shelves themselves also barely fit an 8”X11” piece of paper and the texture of the wood catches the paper instead of being smooth. Overall, I would not recommend you waste your time buying this only to return it which is what you will inevitably do. Save your energy and money for something that won’t let you down.

Not easy to assemble

Does not come with holes. You have to drill the pieces together yourself. Lots of room for mistakes. I would not recommend this over other pieces that come ready to assemble…. There weren’t even instructions. Just three pieces of raw wood and two metal pieces.

Nothing elegant about this

I brought the box to my office unopened intending to put it together there. Well- YOU NEED A DRILL. There are no markings to show you where to put the holes for the screws. If I wanted a woodworking project I would have put that in the search bar The wood has zero finish - is rough like sandpaper and looks cheap.
