Take Good Measurements
It's large for our sofa, so it pulls out from the corners and back of the cushions. It was bought to keep dog hair off our sofa, that it does. The hair on the cover is more hard to get off than the sofa.

For price it isn't bad but loose fitting and tags are akward
So I immediately wash any textiles I receive from Amazon due to previous bad experiences where I was shipped dirty/used items. When I received the slip cover I immediately washed it and followed the instructions to a T. The only problem is the tags that say "left right back etc" came off in the wash! So when I went to put it in the dryer I actually wound up with a million pieces of the tag shredded all over the slip cover. I wish I had known the tag was a removable paper that would shred in the wash. If you've ever left a tissue in your pocket before washing pants, imagine that's what happened- lint and shredded paper all over! Had the directions specified I would've taken tags off first. I assumed the tags were a cloth material and could be washed. I was wrong. The slipcover itself fits loosely though I'm unsure if that's due to the size of my couch

Does the trick - My cats were clawing my chair so I was looking for something to keep them from doing too much of that. This slip cover is fine. It's soft and that works for me. Getting the material to fit snugly to the chair was not easy for me . I did the best I could to tuck here and there. I am not disappointed at all. I just wish I could fix it to where it would fit better. So far my cats sit on it but have not clawed it. That is why bought it . So for me, it works !

Very Happy Customer
I am extremely happy that I decided to (finally) purchase this couch cover. The material is super comfortable and kinda heavy. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is about the tags that help you put the cover on the proper way (front, side, back) they are made of strong paper type and you are supposed to remove them prior to washing. Once removed, you're left putting the cover on the couch with out guidance, which gets confusing. I'm happy with my item and would recommend it to all. My couch has throw pillows for the back cushion. Before I got this cover, the pillows always ended up off my couch and in the corner of the room. Now that I've upgraded from a blanket covering my couch to this fancy cover, it keeps the throw pillows in tact and it's actually a nice comfy couch.

Low price, cats don't seem to wanna ruin it.
The material is fairly thin but it's quite soft and doesn't have any kind of weird smell. Also it's really stretchy so it won't hold wrinkles. So far my cats haven't found it any more compelling than the sofa was without it so it looks like they'll leave it alone. Can't be beat for the price. UPDATE - I've had this on the couch for a very short time - about a month - and the material is starting to pill in wear areas. This is really only for protecting the couch and not really good for changing the look because mine already is starting to look pretty sad in areas. As long as it doesn't rip or come apart I'm fine with it because I only bought it to keep the couch in our construction-zone house from getting filthy again.

too small and thin--disappointed.
I bought another brand becuase the other brand did not have a cherry red version. They cost about the same. The other brand were stretchy, sturdy, a tick textured weave, with sturdy elastic and even sewn-in tabs to guide placement. Both were rated for extra long sofas, but this brand would not fit over the sofa at all, while the other brand--with the very same dimensions in inches--fit easily with some room to spare. These are thin T-shirt material and would likely fade quickly. It's too much trouble to return them, but I won't buy again. Ironically, the zippered vinyl cases these came in were very nice. The probably cost as much to make as the actual furniture covers. The other brand used thick plastic envelopes not designed for re-sue. I guess they put their money into the product instead of the packaging!

Great if you have pets!
This cover was a replacement for a polyester blend that we were using on our couch in the basement. We bought this particular cover because we were told by some friends that the jersey material is easier to clean pet hair from. This cover has far exceeded my expectations. The material is soft and comfortable so it is a dream to sit, lounge or even sleep on. We have 2 cats that spend a lot of time in the basement and the hair comes right of. It doesn't clump to the fabric, it is a breeze to just vacuum away. I also love the stretch fit, it is the perfect size and unless you really look, you'd never know there was actually a cover on the couch! Definitely a great buy for a great price.

Don't waste your time for leather or leather-blend couches!
I bought this to cover a "fake leather" couch we have had for about 4 years. The back headrests were starting to peel and you would get little flecks of brown on you every time you sat on the couch. The reviews for this one were so good, I went ahead and tried it out. I will say it was pretty easy to put on the couch. The elastic seems strong and when you have it all tucked in it even looks pretty good. The minute anyone sits on it or touches it, the cover pops out and falls half off the couch. Obviously this would be great if we never used our couch, but with 3 kids, they are on it all the time. It's frustrating because you have to tuck it all back in any time anyone sits on it (even adults who don't wiggle!) Otherwise it just looks like a big saggy piece of cloth. :-( Would not waste my money on this to cover a leather or fake leather couch...maybe it holds a little better on cloth couches, but it is terrible for my fake leather one!
