You get what you pay for

These are expensive, but I like them a lot. A couple years ago I installed a few in my kitchen for counter overhang support, microwave mounting, and shelf mounting. They look great and can more than handle the loading. I needed a few more brackets across the room, and though these babies are pricey, there was no doubt about buying them again. Nice.

Nice design

We bought one of these to use as a bracket on our mailbox. The bracket was well constructed with nice welds and paint job. I did have to drill some holes in one leg to mount a board to so I had something to screw the actual mailbox to. If you are looking for decorative brackets for either inside or out, look at the whole Ekena line first.

Beautiful and Solid Corbels

Great product. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that they need to have pre-drilled holes on the horizontal or top side as well as the vertical which they did not. Just an added step for me to drill the holes I needed. I spoke with the manufacturer and they are considering doing that in the future. Really nice heavy duty product!

Sturdy, but NOT elegantly finished

The 'Antiqued Silver' description is what I believe will lead you astray - it's a good product for sure - but not at all 'Antiqued Silver'. It's a black bracket - having blotchy, sporadic, silver/grey over-splats-n-splotches. We are sanding the silver off and applying our own metal-look silver-ish overlay. If we can't/won't un-install it, in order to refinish, then maybe black is all we can do to mitigate. The 'problem' with special finishes is that the project requires a bracket, so you are stuck with it in the moment, just doing the best you can. Good bracket! Very poor finish description, and even worse application of finish.

Great product

Perfect for supporting our new kitchen bar quartz countertop. Easy install and very well made. No hardware included so you’ll have to pick up some screws. Turned out sweet.

Very sturdy

Kind of pricey. Wish holes were predrilled on both legs.

Poor quality

The paint was chipped everywhere due to poor packing. The welds were rough and sloppy. My husband had to clean up the welds and re-paint to have the look decent. Too much money for such poor craftsmanship.

Inconsistent size but sturdy and well-built

We ordered four of these at the same time. One of them was larger than the other three but we compensated by placing the larger one at the end of the counter to be supported. Seems to otherwise be working well to support the counter.
