Easy Install, Affordable and Look Nice Hanging Up

I bought these for our newly finished basement bedroom which has French doors. The curtains are light weight and do not require curtain rods which is nice to not have to put holes in new doors! They install via a hook and loop system (aka Velcro) and attach to the surface with sticky tape. One of the sticky tape pieces has a problem in that the adhesive rolled up and detached from the door (not sure how to describe this) and as such the curtain fell just about a month ofter installing. To fix, I'll need to get a new strip of the hook and loop stuff. The product support requires a phone call to an 8XX number which just goes immediately into voicemail - I'm hoping someone from the product support team monitors these reviews and will assist. If not, I'll return as damaged and order a new curtain. I do recommend the curtains - in our case just enough light comes through the doors so one doesn't feel trapped in the room, yet they provide absolute privacy.

Fix for visible straps when curtain is down.

All in all, I like this curtain. It provides me with the privacy I need in the mornings if my neighbor is in their back yard while I'm in my tiny kitchen. If you're looking for a curtain to block light, I would look for an alternative. I purchased the gray shade as it went with my kitchen and light still gets through. If you're more concerned over privacy, I would say go for it. As many others have stated, I recommend ironing this curtain as it does come out from the packaging rather wrinkled. The only thing I didn't really like about it (and that's why I'm giving this item 4 stars) is that when the curtain is down, the straps that are behind the curtain can be seen. I fixed this issue by adding 2 more adhesive velcro pads at the back of the curtain. As the 2 straps already have velcro pads on them (that connect to the other 2 velcro pads behind the fold) to hold the curtain up - you can now also attach the straps to the newly adhered velcro patches at the back to hide them when the curtain is down. The extra fabric due to the fold hides the straps being tucked up behind the curtain! I am also going to be purchasing a dowl to slide through the lip of the fabric at the bottom to more effeciently fold up the curtain when I want it to be open. I'd buy this item again, making the same modifications as I stated above to make it look nicer. All in all, a nice looking, relatively cheap way to gain some privacy.

Perfect for my needs and at a great price!!!

I ordered this for my bathroom door that has a huge window pane in the center of it that is frosted and blurry but still able to see thru. It's a very nice door but still strange and a little weird for a bathroom but it came with the house when i bought it. I love this curtain very much!! It's perfect for my needs. It's pretty much a blackout curtain, or at least definitely impossible to see thru. It is very nice and classy, especially considering the cheap price I paid which was very very reasonable. The installation (if you even want to call it that) was soooo easy!! No curtain rod required. It comes with a strong piece of adhesive tape that runs across the top. You just firmly press it in place and it holds extremely well. I was worried about whether the tape would hold over time and because of the weight of the curtain. It's holding just like new and it's been a few months and the curtain is very light weight so no problems with sagging or anything. I was also worried about how cheap it would look because of the tape because it doesn't sound very impressive. Well, the adhesive area is covered and hidden by another small piece of fabric that hangs down and covers the top which also makes it look more elegant. So no problems there either. Also, it arrived a little wrinkled because it obviously had to be folded to be mailed. The package came with simple instructions to dry the curtain for a short time with a damp cloth and presto, no more (or hardly noticeable) wrinkles!! Overall, considering the price, I am more than happy and satisfied with my purchase. It is everything and more than what I was hoping for and does exactly what I needed, cover a bathroom door window with a curtain that is pleasing to look at. Definitely worth every cent! Now my guests and myself can go to the bathroom in peace because of that weirdly placed window. ;-)

Removable, washable, and stylish

Very happy with one of the curtains I ordered, had to have the second one replaced because after hanging it up we discovered there was over a one inch hole in it at the top, didn't notice until sunlight was shining through it. These curtains are not double lined or thermal they do block a good deal of light and they are solid so no one can see in. I enjoy that I don't have to have them mounted at the bottom as my son likes to pull them up so he can look outside himself. They attach easily all you do is pull off one side of the hook and loop tape, attach it to the door and then push the curtain into it. Makes for easy removal and washing always a plus in my book. The color matches very closely to Eclipse Braxton Brown except for the shine they look almost identical from one side of the room to the other, you see a slight difference when they are next to one another. The loops that hold them up hang facing the outside part of the window and there is close to a 6 inch over hand at the top hiding the hook and loop tape that you use when pulling the curtains up. As I said I'm very happy with this purchase and will be even happier when my replacement gets here to take care of the hole that's driving me nuts!

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. There is nothing really wrong with this panel, but the fabric is cheap/thin, the panel sticks on with sticky tape, and the panel rolls up and affixes with Velcro.

Fast shipping

Exactly what I needed to cover my patio door, has Velcro for easy installation, love the colour, but the material is extremely delicate/thin and may not last very long.

Poor quality. Not worth the money.

First ones received had a run in the fabric of both panels I ordered. Second set, one won't stay stuck to the door. Very poor quality.

Do not buy

I thought this was going to be great. But i sit here listening to it fall off for the billionth time. Literally every day having to put it back on. The adhesive just does not support the weight or the change in temperature. Do not waste your $$.

Drops every time

Would not hold up, very sheer fabric. Not at all like the pictures.
