Cheap and looks great
These are a huge pain if your electrical box that your switches are in is not perfectly flush, or your wall isn't totally flat, but they do look great, and I don't think there's any flaw in the design, it's just inherent that this style won't work well if anything isn't flat/square.

Very elegant!
After shopping the heck out of screw-less switch covers I settled on these. As pictured these don't have that "grove" around the outer edge as do the levitron plates which I think is more eye appealing. We chose the high gloss white as opposed to satin white, richer looking. They of course arrived quickly through Amazon Prime and the materials used are of a high quality plastic, not nylon as you find in the big box stores. Installation was a breeze, if you're somewhat patient with your project. I decided to change out 50 of the toggle switches to the decora and figured why not make them look nicer with the screwless wall plates and I'm very happy with the result. some tips on the install; the single plates are a easy peasy as there's only one switch, about 1 minute to install. The two gang switch boxes take about 2 minutes. When you get into the 3, 4, and five gang boxes it's important to be patient. What I did what loosen the top and bottom screws of the switches so that I could move them accordingly to line up the screws in the new switch plate base. Sometimes they line up right away and other times you have to move the switches to get the small screws provided in the switch plate base to line up, and they are "small" screws. Start the outside screws first so that you don't warp the base plate from the middle and then do the inside screws, (this is on a 3 or four gang box, the single and two gang plates are easy.) Once you get all the screws started snug them up and you will notice the base plate pull towards the wall. Eaton has provided slots to access the switch mounting screws, nice of them, so once all the base plate screws are snug, you can now snug up the switch screws and the base plate will pull flush with the wall. I installed these in one year old home so the walls are very flat with no imperfections so the fit and finish came out very well however not all walls are the same so expect your out come to be indigenous to your particular situation. I personally love them and will get 55 more singles to do all our outlets as well. I'm a really fussy person as is my wife and the cover plates with the screws that pull in and warp the plate are just plain ugly. You won't be sorry for making these your choice. There are others that Amazon offer that are knock offs, beware. Hope this helps.

Good covers, but issues with TP Link Kasa and thinner than the expensive Lutron covers
So if you plan to use this to cover the Kasa Smart Switches here is a potential issue you will run into: The Kasa HS200 (regular smart switch) and HS210 (3-way switch) have thick plastic brackets which will push out this cover and the cover won't install flush against the wall. The Kasa HS220 (dimmer) has a thin metal bracket which work great with this cover. The cover will mount flush if your electrical box is installed properly and doesn't stick out too much. This cover is 0.25 in depth where Kasa original cover and Lutron covers are at 0.30 inch which allows a closer to wall installation.

Good value
Installed this when I installed a TP Link smart switch, this replaced a 3 rocker configuration, I changed out the other two switches also. For the price the switch plate is of good quality and it was easy to install. It gives the location a very modern look. I'll probably end up replacing the rest of the switches in my house as I have several 2 and 3 gang configurations. I'd definitely recommend getting this if you have the need, way better price than the big box stores

Covers a lot of things you don't want to show off
Used it to replace another three way cover I had installed. This plate looks really good. It also hides a lot of wall imperfections because it is somewhat larger than normal. It gave me a better fit against the wall and helped my switches look more evenly aligned. My 3 way switch install went from looking like Marty Feldman's eyes in smeared mascara, to the piercing stare of a determined Aryan God.

Modern and Beautiful
Love these SO much! Super easy to install! The look is amazing and modern. I cleaned all the light switches after taking off the old covers. There was dirt and paint splatters before lol then added the new cover. Has 6 tiny screws that go where the old screws were. Then new cute cover just clicks on ????????

Great Find
We bought triple, doubles and singles. You wouldn't think that a light switch plate would make a difference, but I liked the look of seeing no screws. They are very sleek looking. We started when we we're remodeling the kitchen, and then I used them everywhere in the house.

Does not work for non-gang Pico install.
This product is pretty nice for the money, bit on the flimsy side but nice on the wall nonetheless. However, if you plan on using this with a Lutron Pico remote without a gang box behind it, this doesn't work. This cover is so thin, it does not allow the Pico remote to sit flush against the wall. If I did not need it for the Pico then I probably would have kept them.
