Trendy and so comfy!

I love these sandals! I was looking for a neutral colored everyday casual sandal. I've never owned a pair of Birks or Birk look-alikes, but they're so trendy right now. I saw these Eastland Kelley slides which is exactly what I was looking for, but didn't even know it! The sand color is the perfect neutral for me- it is like a light taupe color and it will match with most of my casual summer wardrobe. I just received these sandals yesterday. I have small-ish feet- usually a 6 or 6.5. I ordered a size 6 because there are no half sizes available. The length of the shoe is perfect. My feet are narrow through the arch, but a bit wider across my toes. The strap feels a tiny bit tight on my pinky toe, but the straps are really soft suede, so I can tell that once the sandals form to my feet and stretch a little, the width will be perfect for me. The buckles on the straps are actually adjustable too, so they can be worn tighter or looser, depending on your preference. The footbed is a really soft memory foam - I feel like my feet are cradled in pillows. The construction of the shoes definitely seems solid. I loved these sandals so much that I went back onto the Amazon app this morning and bought a second pair for back up. The price was such a steal, I couldn't let them go!

My daughter said they are trendy looking sandals but bit heavy. They also looked like they will last forever.

Comfy

Agree that they feel a little narrow, out-of-the-box, but the leather is nice, soft & thick. Will stretch nicely and form to foot. Foot bed is very comfy, too. I did have to go to a 7 (I typically wear 6.5), and they are a little long, but I will keep them. They were on sale for a very good price (Natural color), and I really want them for casual everyday summer days.

Delivery was fast and was pleased with the service. I read the other reviews before purchasing and was hoping for a miracle but they were way too narrow for my feet. I typically wear a size 10, but thought if I ordered up a size, it would accommodate for the width. Not the case. The shoe was great and could have been very comfortable except with ordering up a size, they were too long and still too narrow. Maybe there is a wide version of this shoe out there. I would definitely order it again if it was in wide.

A bit heavy. With all my foot problems and surgeries, I find these a bit heavy. Otherwise, style, fit and price are just fine. However, they will probably be donated to my church thrift shop.

Really wanted to like these.

I really wanted to love these sandals but when I tried them on and walked around the house they hit me on a spot on the top of my feet that made it very uncomfortable. They were otherwise comfortable on the foot bed and looked very good but unfortunately I had to return them. We just weren’t a good fit together. :(

Ill fitting and leather scratches easily

I'm not sure why these have such good reviews. They are very narrow, rub on my pinky toe, and the straps are placed a little too far to the front making it difficult to keep them on your feet when walking. As if that wasn't enough, the leather shows scratches VERY easily. The strap looks like it's 20 years old just from adjusting the buckle hole, scratches and fading. They're also a little short and I had to jam my feet all the way to the front in order to avoid overhang. I gave them 2 stars because they are attractive and look very similar to Birks - not comfort-shoe looking. Returned.
